STILL NO REFUTATION FROM THE SSPX

There is still no comment from the Society of St.Pius X (SSPX) regarding the blog posts which point out that Bishop Bernard Fellay, the Superior General of the SSPX has made a factual mistake in his last Letter to Friends and Benefactors.

The SSPX is not denying that their Superior General has made an objective error which leads to an irrational theology and new doctrine in the interpretation of Vatican Council II.

Neither do they admit that without this irrational inference used in the interpretation of the documents of  Vatican Council II, the Council would be traditional and in harmony with the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus.

There is so much of confusion among SSPX priests on this issue so it is understandable that no one wants to defend Bishop Bernard Fellay.

The SSPX General Chapter Statement 2012 affirmed extra ecclesiam nulla salus and said there were no exceptions. While on the SSPX website Fr.Francois Laisney assumes that being saved in invincible ignorance and the baptism of desire are known exceptions to the traditional interpretation of the dogma on exclusive salvation in the Church. The SSPX is also selling a book  authored by Fr.Laisney, with this factual error, repeated by Bishop Bernard Fellay.
