BISHOP PETER LIBASCI HAS A DIOCESE OF ‘SPOTTERS’

A ‘spotter ‘ is someone who claims, directly or indirectly, that he can see people dead and saved with implicit desire or in invincible ignorance.

Most of these spotters in the diocese of Manchester indirectly suggest that they know people on earth or in Heaven, saved in invincible ignorance etc.

The exception in the diocese is the religious community the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary in Richmond, New Hampshire and lay Catholics who attend Mass there.

That a non Catholic can be saved with the baptism of desire or implicit desire followed by the baptism of water is not the issue.

The issue is - Catholics in the diocese assume that these rare cases are known to us on earth, since they are exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus. They assume they can  ‘spot' these exceptions.

Since one can ‘spot’ these exceptions in the diocese, it is said there is salvation outside the Church. The ‘spotted’ cases do not have to enter the Catholic Church with Catholic Faith and the baptism of water.(AG 7)

These ‘visible’ cases do not have to be visible members of the Catholic Church for salvation since they are known-exceptions.Every one does not have to be a 'card carrying member' of the Catholic Church  since there are exceptions spotted by  the spotters.

Bishop Peter Libasci could organize a Conference on Vatican Council II being in agreement with the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus and address the problem of ‘spotting’ in the interpretation of Lumen Gentium 16 and Lumen Gentium 8, Vatican Council II.-Lionel Andrades

VOCATIONS IN BOSTON ?

Do you have a vocation? Join a religious community which affirms the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus along with Vatican Council II, does not know of a visible baptism of desire nor in a Profession of Faith imply ‘I believe in three baptisms for the forgiveness of sin’.
