STAY AWAY FROM CHAPELS IN MANCHESTER,USA WHERE THEY CLAIM THEY ARE 'SPOTTERS': FIND A CHAPEL WHERE THE PRIEST AND CONGREGATION DO NOT DENY THE CREED, THE DOGMA AND VATICAN COUNCIL II

There are Franciscans, Capuchins (OFM Cap) and Benedictines in the Catholic diocese of Manchester, USA who are in grave sin if they knowingly deny the Nicene Creed, the dogma on salvation and Vatican Council II (AG 7).This is heresy and disobedience.

They all claim that there are exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus defined three times and supported by the ordinary Magisterium of many popes. These communities actually say that there are some people, who do not have to convert into the Catholic Church. For them  there are some people who do not need Catholic Faith and the baptism of water for salvation, even though Vatican Council II (AG 7) states this is a requirement for salvation, for all.

In principle, in theory, yes there could be non Catholics saved who have not had the Gospel preached to them (invincible ignorance) or with implicit desire known only to God. In reality, in fact, in personal contacts no one in New Hampshire knows any of these cases. Since they are unknown to us; we cannot meet them or telephone them, they cannot be exceptions to every one needing to convert into the Catholic Church for salvation ( to avoid Hell). (Cantate Domino, Council of Florence 1441).

So for these communities in the Diocese of Manchester to suggest that they are 'spotters' i.e they are able to see these rare cases on earth saved in invincible ignorance etc, is a lie. It is a factual error and objectively unprovable.

So if you are a Catholic living in that area find a heresy-free chapel and go there for Holy Mass.-Lionel Andrades

Here is a list of some of the community of 'spotters' in the Diocese of Manchester.
