SBC and SSPX must clarify 1) they do not know of any physically visible case of the BOD, BOB and I.I in 2018 and 2) theologically they reject BOD,BOB and I.I as being exceptions to EENS based on non existing people

The bishop of Worcester,USA has granted canonical status to the St. Benedict Center(SBC), Still River, Massachusetts, since the SBC teaches doctrines of the Church 'as authentically taught and defined by the Church's teaching magisterium'. 1

They accept and interpret Vatican Council II like him.

Vatican Council II is a rupture with the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) and Tradition instead of being a continuity with EENS, the Syllabus of Errors and the rest of Tradition.
The SBC does not affirm Vatican Council II in harmony with the old exclusivist ecclesiology of the Church.
So the Bishop of Worcester and the SBC  interpret the baptism of desire(BOD), baptism of blood(BOB) and being saved in invincible ignorance(I.I)  as referring to known people, physically visible people, saved outside the Church. Vatican Council II becomes a rupture with Tradition with the use of this irrationality(invisible people are visible).
If the SBC announced that the BOD, BOB and I.I refer to only unknown people in 2018 and that  LG 14, LG 16 etc are not objective examples of salvation outside the Church, then Vatican Council II is not a rupture with Tradition.
But then the SBC cannot receive canonical status.

So Brother Thomas Augustine MICM, Prior, at the St. Benedict Center, Still River, does not announce the obvious. He will not say clearly that there are no physically visible cases of BOD, BOB and I.I in 2018 and neither does he know of any one saved with 'elements of sanctification and truth'(LG 8), good and holy things in other religions(NA 2) etc.So he maintains his canonical status. No one else at Still River wants to disturb the peace.
It is the same with the St.Benedict Center, Richmond, N.H.Brother Andre Marie MICM , Prior, will not say in public that he does not know of any physically visible case of BOD,BOB and I.I.
Of course theologically the St. Benedict Centers will state that there is no BOD,BOB and I.I which can be an exception to the traditional interpretation of EENS.I agree with them.
But it is still necessary for the Priors to clarify 1) that they  and their community members do not know of any physically visible case of the BOD, BOB and I.I in 2018  and 2) and of course, they also theologically reject BOD,BOB and I.I as being  exceptions to Feeneyite EENS, based on non existing people.

Presently the two Priors in Worcester and Manchester, Brother Thomas Augustine and Brother Andre Marie, are recognized by their bishops since they have not said in public that there are no physically visible cases of the BOD, BOB and I.I.They have not announcened that in real life they have not seen or met, any person in 2018 who has been saved outside the Church, as indicated in LG 8, LG 16, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc.So with the silence of the Priors, Vatican Council II remains a rupture with EENS according to the missionaries and Magisterium of the 16th century. This is acceptable to the bishops. This is authentic Magisterial teaching for them.It is the same with the SSPX too. They are in line with the liberal Magisterium.
Theologically the Society of St. Pius X(SSPX) position is wrong since it is based on known people saved outside the Church. This is the New Theology.Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger and Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre both made a mistake and so did Pope Pius XII and Cardinal Ottaviani.

1.So when it is clear for them at the St. Benedict Centers that there are no BOD, BOB and I.I cases seen in the flesh, with or without the baptism of water, then it becomes obvious that Mystici Corporis, Quanta Cura, the Catechisms of Trent and Pius X were referring to hypothetical cases only. They were speculating with good will. They would not have been contradicting Feeneyite EENS, as it is generally mistaken today.
2) The Letter of the Holy Office 1949 made an objective mistake when it assumed that BOD, BOB and I.I referred to physically visible people saved outside the Church and so BOD, BOB and I.I were made relevant to EENS.
3)The Magisterium accepted this error in the Fr. Leonard Feeney case and then again at Vatican Council II.The confusion was also there earlier in the Baltimore Catechism.
So the SBC would be saying that the Magisterium made an objective mistake and can now correct the error.

But they must say it. This is what they are not doing.

They need to clarify that 1) objectively, in physical reality, in the flesh, there are no known examples of salvation outside the Catholic Church for us human beings and so there are no exceptions to EENS. 2) Theologically, as a concept, there are no exceptions to EENS since there can be no practical exceptions for us human beings and the Church has always taught that the baptism of water is needed for Justification and Salvation.
They need to make it known  that there are no physically visible cases of BOD, BOB and I.I  and they can continue to theologically reject  BOD,BOB and I.I .
I of course, agree with their theology and I reject that of the SSPX on Feeneyism( SSPX website ).
The process for correcting the error can begin but first the St.Benedict Centers like the SSPX, must state clearly in public, that "There are no physically visible cases of BOD, BOB and I.I in 2017-2018 and there were none in the past for us human beings". Any Catholic can make this statement. One does not have to know theology. May be not knowing theology would be a plus point here.

The St.Benedict Centers condone Vatican Council II interpreted with an irrational premise and do not affirm Vatican Council II without the irrationality: liberal bishop considers this 'as authentically taught and defined by the Church's teaching magisterium'
