Cardinal Luiz Ladaria's Profession of Faith and Oath of Fidelity  at the time of taking office as Secretary and now Prefect of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith was invalid. He  has not denied reports which mention that he 1) he rejects the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus as it was known to the missionaries and Magisterium of the 16th century and to Fr.Leonard Feeney of Boston.For invisible cases of the baptism of desire, baptism of blood and being saved in invincible ignorance are visible exceptions.2) He interprets Vatican Council II as a rupture with the past ecclesiology . Since invisible cases of BOD, BOB and I.I are visible exceptions to the past exclusivist understanding of salvation.So LG 8 is an exception to EENS for him.3)For him 'I believe in one baptism for the forgiveness of sins' in the Nicene Creed means 'I believe in three or more known baptisms for the forgiveness of sins ( desire, blood and ignorance) and they exclude the baptism of water in the Catholic Church.'4) He rejects the Syllabus of Errors on an ecumenism of return since visible cases of BOD, BOB and I.I are visible exceptions to EENS and the past ecclesiology of the Church on exclusive salvation.

There is no denial or clarification of these points from the CDF even though there are numerous reports on the Internet with these allegations.

How can a Prefect of the CDF choose to hold this office when 1) he denies EENS with no practical exceptions being known in the present times.For him there is a new version of EENS which has practical exceptions in BOD,BOB and I.I.2.He denies a Vatican Council II with no known exceptions to EENs and the past ecclesiology.3) He interprets the Nicene Creed  with the same irrational premise( invisible cases of BOD, BOB and I.I are visible and exceptions to EENS, they are examples of salvation outside the Church).

In general he interprets Magisterial documents with this irrational premise.So he would reject the Athanasius Creed( Outside the Church there is no salvation) etc.

He has nothing to say to me, who as a Catholic, 1) affirm the dogma EENS with no known practical exceptions in 2018.2) Affirms Vatican Council II with no known exceptions to the past ecclesiology and traditional EENS 3) affirms the Nicene Creed with no known exceptions to the baptism of water being necessary for salvation.4) Affirms the Syllabus of Errors with an ecumenism of return, since there is no development with Vatican Council II; there are no exceptions to the past exclusivist ecclesiology of the Church.

So all non Catholics and non Christians with no known exceptions, for me,need to formally enter the Catholic Church for salvation. This includes Protestants, Orthodox Christians,Pentecostals etc. He cannot say the same thing.

So the Profession of Faith and Oath of Fidelity of Cardinal Ladaria was meaningless.Since he interprets magisterial documents with irrational Cushingite theology and his conclusion is different from mine, since I use traditional and rational Feeneyite theology.So  he rejects the original understanding of Church documents and teachings and has created new doctrines.

He demonstrated this on March 1, 2018  in the question and answer session of the Press Conference on Placuit Deo.He projected Lumen Gentium 8 as an exception to the Church's understanding of it having the exclusiveness and superiority in salvation.

This error of Cardinal Ladaris was the norm for Prefects of the CDF and he was preceded by Cardinal Ratzinger and Cardinal Ottaviani and others.-Lionel Andrades
