Fatwa, police case against Shaan Taseer for ‘hate speech’ on Christmas

Pakistan: Foe of blasphemy law accused of “hate speech” for opposing blasphemy law

When fully implemented, Islam is a totalitarian system that brooks no dissent.
Fatwa, police case against Shaan Taseer for ‘hate speech’ on Christmas,” Pakistan Today, January 1, 2017:
Police the other day registered a case against Shaan Taseer, son of slain Punjab governor Salmaan Taseer, for alleged ‘hate speech’ after he sent a greeting out to fellow countrymen on the occasion of Christmas..
On the Christmas Day, Shaan sent a greeting out to fellow countrymen especially blasphemy accused Aasia Bibi.
In the video, shared by Christian Times on social networking website Facebook, Shaan had criticised the misuse of blasphemy laws in Pakistan and expressed his solidarity with blasphemy accused Aasia Bibi and Nabeel Masih, another Christian boy accused of blasphemy.
Soon after the video went viral, Islampura police station received an application from its SHO Nasir Hameed and subsequently booked Shaan under Section 295-A of Pakistan Penal Code (PPC) without naming him in the report.
Meanwhile, Sunni Tehreek also issued a fatwa against Shaan for allegedly committing blasphemy as well as apostasy.
According to the SHO, he received a video message in a USB wherein a man was wishing his viewers Merry Christmas and requesting fellow countrymen to pray for minority members being exploited by, what he called, the “inhumane blasphemy law”.
The man also requested prayers for blasphemy victims including Asia Bibi, Nabeel Masih and their families, and all other Pakistanis languishing in jails on charges of blasphemy, the SHO added.
According to the FIR, the man who made the speech in the video had made a mockery of the blasphemy law and hurt religious sentiments of the Muslims….

Uganda: Muslim relatives force woman to take poison for converting to Christianity

The death penalty for apostasy is part of Islamic law. It’s based on the Qur’an: “They wish you would disbelieve as they disbelieved so you would be alike. So do not take from among them allies until they emigrate for the cause of Allah. But if they turn away, then seize them and kill them wherever you find them and take not from among them any ally or helper.” (Qur’an 4:89)
A hadith depicts Muhammad saying: “Whoever changed his Islamic religion, then kill him” (Bukhari 9.84.57). The death penalty for apostasy is part of Islamic law according to all the schools of Islamic jurisprudence.
This is still the position of all the schools of Islamic jurisprudence, both Sunni and Shi’ite. Sheikh Yusuf al-Qaradawi, the most renowned and prominent Muslim cleric in the world, has stated: “The Muslim jurists are unanimous that apostates must be punished, yet they differ as to determining the kind of punishment to be inflicted upon them. The majority of them, including the four main schools of jurisprudence (Hanafi, Maliki, Shafi’i, and Hanbali) as well as the other four schools of jurisprudence (the four Shiite schools of Az-Zaidiyyah, Al-Ithna-‘ashriyyah, Al-Ja’fariyyah, and Az-Zaheriyyah) agree that apostates must be executed.”
Qaradawi also once famously said: “If they had gotten rid of the apostasy punishment, Islam wouldn’t exist today.”
Christian Woman in Eastern Uganda Coerced into Taking Poison,” Morning Star News, January 5, 2017:
NAIROBI, Kenya (Morning Star News) – Muslim relatives of a young woman in eastern Uganda who put her faith in Christ at a Christmas service coerced her into taking poison at a New Year’s celebration, she said.
Sandra Summaya, 24, of Bugayi village in Pallisa District, told Morning Star News that she converted to Christianity at a worship service on Christmas Day.
“I had great peace when the pastor prayed for me to take Jesus as my savior,” she said. “I later shared my testimony with my brother, who outrightly accused me of being an infidel and an outcast from the family and the Muslim community. I felt great pain inside me because of the insults.”
On Sunday (Jan. 1) Summaya’s immediate family and a few other relatives gathered in the predominantly Muslim village in Kamuge County to celebrate the New Year with a meal. At the high point of the gathering, Summaya said, a paternal uncle read to her a Bible verse and suggested it meant God would protect her from harm, including illness from ingesting poison.
“He said, ‘Do you believe that Issa [Jesus] is able to protect your from poison as written in the Bible?’ and I answered ‘Yes,’” she said. “Immediately I was forced to take the poison to confirm my faith in the Bible, at around midnight. I could not deny the Bible, so I took the rat poison.”
Soon she became seriously ill.
“I started having severe stomach pains together with vomiting and cried for help,” she said. “I was taken away from the homestead to a nearby bush. I was tied with a rope to a tree and left to die.”
Her loud cries woke a Christian neighbor who rushed to the site.
“I found Summaya unconscious, and we rushed her to a Kamuge nursing home, where the doctor saved her life,” said the neighbor, whose name is withheld for security reasons.
Summaya remains at the hospital and her condition has stabilized, a nurse told Morning Star News.
“She will still be in the hospital for some few days as we monitor her situation,” said the nurse, who requested anonymity….

Underage Christian and Hindu girls in Pakistan are being abducted, converted, and married

Pakistan: Muslims kidnap Christian and Hindu underage girls, force them to convert to Islam and marry Muslims

According to a recent report, 1,000 Christian and Hindu girls in Pakistan, most underage, are taken from their families each year, converted to Islam, and married.
Pakistan’s highest authorities try to fool the world into believing that it is battling terrorism and is a victim of terrorism, when in fact, it is a state funder of jihad terror and is infamous for its persecution of Christians, as well as of Hindus, as we see in this report about kidnappings and the forced conversion to Islam of young girls.
According to the Center for Legal Aid, Assistance and Settlement, which is “a charity focused on stopping the persecution of Christians in Pakistan,” the center “blames the Pakistani government for the increase of forced conversions and kidnappings of Christians and other minorities in the country.”
“Underage Christian and Hindu girls in Pakistan are being abducted, converted, and married,” New York Times, January 4, 2017:
On a farm in Hyderabad, Pakistan, the women working the fields are paid less than one dollar a day — and many are deeply in debt to the landowner. One of the women, Ameri Kasha Kohli, couldn’t pay the $1,000 that the landowner said she owed him — so instead, he took her 14-year-old daughter Jeevti as a second wife. Despite reaching out to authorities, Kohli said that police wouldn’t even open an investigation.
“No one told me anything about my abducted daughter. We even went to the police and the court. But no one listened,” Kohli said in a video from the Associated Press.
According to a recent report, 1,000 Christian and Hindu girls in Pakistan, most underage, are taken from their families each year, converted to Islam, and married.
“There is a major problem of forced conversions,” explained Dr. Ramesh Kumar Vankwani of the Pakistan Hindu Council. “So many immature girls, below the age of 18 mostly, have been kidnapped. After 15 days a (certificate of marriage) will be presented in court that the girl has of free will been converted and accepted Islam, and she has now been married.”….

Pakistan: Muslims accuse Christian of blasphemy, claiming he tore up pages of Qur’an

“Babu is supposed to have desecrated the Qurʾān in secret, but then left the evidence for everyone to see.”
Pakistan’s blasphemy laws are a tool used to oppress, terrorize and defraud Christians. But the “human rights community” is too preoccupied with “Islamophobia” to take any notice.
“Lahore: Evangelical Christian accused of blasphemy for tearing up pages of the Qurʾān,” Asia News, January 5, 2017:
Lahore (AsiaNews/Agencies) – An evangelical Christian from the village of Kamahan, near Lahore, was arrested on charges of blasphemy and now faces the death penalty.
According to a complaint by a Muslim, Haji Nadeem, Shahbaz Babu desecrated Islam’s holy book by writing his name on some pages, tearing them up and then scattering them on the street in front of a mosque where a Muslim, Peer Baba Gujjar, preaches.
According to British Pakistani Christian Association, the Christian man is completely illiterate, so he could never write his name on any pages.
Still Babu was arrested on 30 December in accordance with Article 295B of the Pakistan Penal Code. After the complaint, Babu, 41, a married father of three, was taken to the Nishtar police station.
Later, to avoid possible reprisals from Muslims and to ensure his protection, the accused was moved to the Model Town station, in another district of Lahore.
Activists note that no one saw him write his name in the Qurʾān. Instead, the complaint could be a retaliatory act against his family, because the accuser is in a dispute with Babu’s brother George Masih who owns a thriving grocery store, which Nadeem wants to take over.
The Evangelical Christian is also disliked by local Muslims for organising prayer meetings at his home. For 15 years, many Christians, but also several Muslims, have participate in his meetings and have asked for his blessings and healings.
Some of the accused’s friends believe that his increasing popularity has fuelled a climate of intolerance among Muslims, especially since Peer Baba Gujjar’s mosque was losing members.
Others also point out the oddity of the sequence of events: Babu is supposed to have desecrated the Qurʾān in secret, but then left the evidence for everyone to see.
In Pakistan, insulting Muhammad is a capital crime. Anyone speaking out against the ‘black law’ of blasphemy risks life and liberty….

Maltese 'magisterium' in rebellion and heresy like CDF and pontificate of Pope Francis

Maltese bishops: Remarried Catholics ‘at peace’ can receive Communion
According to a spokesman of the Maltese diocese they are following the magisterium. So they give the Eucharist to the divorced and remarried who follow their conscience.
How can we cite the magisterium any more ?!.How can the magisterium be  a criteria of what is Catholic? Can we depend on the teaching authority of the present pontificate, to know what is  right or wrong when the present magisterium is in rebellion with the past magisterium. It  supports heresy in doctrine and discipline.
In Redemptoris Missio Cardinal Ratzinger and Pope John Paul II emphasized the importance of the magisterium of that document on Mission. While in that document they used an irrational premise to break with 'the ecclesiocentrism of the past'(RM).This was magisterial.
For ideological reasons that error is being maintained and forced throughout the Church especially in the interpretation of Vatican Council II (Cushingite). Now the Maltese bishops are contradicting the magisterium of Pope John Paul II (Ecclesia di Eucarestia, Veritatis Splendor etc) and are calling it magisterial,as if it is a continuity with the teachings of the Holy Spirit,in the past.
This cannot be magisterial.
This is the teaching of Pope Francis and the Masons. It is sacrilege and the work of Satan within the Catholic Church.
We see the work of Satan in the false  interpretation of Vatican Council II.The 'magisterium' is choosing Cushingism; the irrational, non traditional and heretical version.
To please the Left the present magisterium is  promoting  deception and lies in the name of Vatican Council II.They fool and cheat Catholics at large who do not know theology or Catholic doctrines.
The  same error, the magisterial error, is obligatory-learning for all lay Catholics  who want to study at pontifical universities, whose syllabus and content is  approved by Jewish Left rabbis, associated with the Chief Rabbinate of Israel.
Even the leaders of Catholic political parties in Italy, like Lega Nord, Forza Nuova,Militia Christi etc are up against popes, cardinals and bishops who are officially denying the Catholic faith and are calling it magisterial.
If these Catholic political parties choose to proclaim Vatican Council II (Feeneyite),which is traditional and does not use a false premise it would not be considered Catholic by the 'new magisterium. Even though Vatican Council II (Feeneyite) and is not a heretical break with the past magisterium(on EENS, Syllabus of Errors etc), it would be considered non magisterial by the present leftist magisterium at the Vatican.
The Maltese bishops are now calling a sacrilege magisterial. They are also rejecting the teachings on mortal sin and this is the 'new approved magisterium'.

Luckily many Catholics here have not had a theological education at a pontifical ( magisterial) institution. So they know what is a mortal sin and they know that Jews,Muslims and other Christians are outside the Church and on the way to Hell unless they enter the Church as members. This will always be magisterial teaching. They also know that those who have divorced and are re-married  are in mortal sin and a liberal non-believing bishop has no right to give them the Eucharist.Similarly a non- believing bishop has no right to grant a Catholic divorce based upon conscience and call it an annullment of the marriage and then claim it is magisterial.
I know a non believing community of religious Sisters in Rome whom Pope Francis visits, in a private car. These sisters are part of the 'new magisterium',like the Maltese bishops. They only give food to Muslims in poverty and those who are not ideologically and doctrinally opposed to Pope Francis. They have young Muslim paying- guests aside from Catholic youth, and the receptionist at their hostel is a Catholic who has married a Muslim and whose children are Muslims. She is an example there for the young Christian  girls on how it is O.K to marry a Muslim and it is not adultery and a mortal sin. These Sisters were in rebellion against Pope John Paul II and would promote Cardinal Carlo Martini s.j.They were following the Masonic policy even at that time.
These good Sisters have expensive property and they want to keep it, so they have to accept the values of Satan and the political Left, which are magisterial today.Magisterium today means choosing evil.
The Maltese bishops are also misusing the word magisterium, which any way, does not mean what it meant in the past.-Lionel Andrades
