Jacob Rees-Mogg MP could follow the Catholic Church's post Vatican Council II teachings on there being exclusive salvation in the Church just as he opposes abortion

Jacob Rees-Mogg MP, a Catholic Member of Parliament in England and Brexiteer, says  he follows the teachings of the Catholic Church on abortion. However he does not know like most Catholics in Britain that the  Catholic Church teaches that all non Catholics are oriented to Hell, with no known exceptions, unless they become members of the Church.

It is the Catholic Church today which teaches that all non Catholics are oriented to Hell unless they become members of the Church.I mentioned in a previous blog post that the Church teaches this in Ad Gentes 7 and Lumen Gentium 14, Vatican Council II.
'All' need 'faith and baptism' for ' salvation' states Ad Gentes 7.
So if someone says there are exceptions, then this is a personal view. For traditionalists and leftists in England there are exceptions and this could have been Jacob Rees-Mogg's formation as a Catholic, from the liberal English Catholic bishops.
In general every one needs 'faith and baptism' for salvation and there are no known exceptions, there are no practical exceptions, for example in 2017.
The text of Vatican Council II also does not state that there are exceptions. This has to be inferred by the reader. This is wrongly inferred by most Catholics.
The text of Vatican Council II does not state that we must infer that LG 16, LG 8, LG 14, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22, AG 11, AG 7 etc refer to known and visible in the present times saved outside the Church.Common sense tells us that there cannot be known people who are saved outside the Church. Since they would be in Heaven and this would only be known to God.
So when the two popes and all the cardinals suggest that Lumen Gentium 16 etc are exceptions to Feeneyite EENS it is a mistake. It is their personal wrong inference. This is the common wrong inference in England too.
So it is the Catholic Church in its magisterial documents ,interpreted without the false premise and conclusion, which states all need faith and baptism to avoid the fires of Hell(CCC 1257, 845,846, Vatican Council II, AG 7, LG 16, John 3:5, Mark 16:16, Mat.7:13 etc, Cantate Domino, Council of Florence 1441 etc)
So when I say that all non Catholics in 2017 need to formally enter the Church, with faith and baptism, I am affirming the traditional and post Vatican Council II teachings of the Catholic Church; according to magisterial documents interpreted without the false premise and conclusion.Jacob Rees-Mogg could do the same. This is the Catholic teaching of the Church.
So it is important for Catholics to proclaim the faith, to do mission, knowing that all non Catholics (Protestants, Orthodox Christians, Pentecostals,Evangelicals, Hindus, Buddhists, Jews, Muslims, atheists and pagans) need to enter the Church for salvation.Outside the Catholic Church there is no salvation. This was taught by Fr. Leonard Feeney of Boston and the magisterium of the16th century. This was taught by the Jesuit missionaries in the Middle Ages.
However it is not accepted by the two popes and all the cardinals of the Church today. They reject or do not know of magisterial documents interpreted without their irrational inference.
So it is only with the false inference that 'the Church', popes and cardinals, no more teach that all non Catholics need to enter the Church to avoid Hell. This is not binding on Jacob Rees-Mogg just as it is not binding me.
So for me the Church teaches that all non Catholics are on the way to Hell unless they become members of the Church. This is magisterial for me.This is the teaching of the Holy Spirit. The false inference is not the teaching of the Holy Spirit but is human errror. -Lionel Andrades
