The Polish Church and government could interpret magisterial documents with Feeneyism then there would be the ecclesiology of the past with no salvation outside the Church in 2017

The President of Poland  could affirm Vatican Council II and the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus with Feeneyism. He would be saying all Jews,Muslims and other non Christians  need to formally convert into the Church with 'faith and baptism'(Ad Gentes 7,Vatican Council II) for salvation.To go to Heaven and avoid Hell.
There would be nothing in Vatican Council II ( Feeneyite) to contradict the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus ( Feeneyite).

Since with Vatican Council II (Feeneyite) there is no change in the ecclesiology of the Catholic Church.All non Catholics to save their soul need to convert as members into the Catholic Church . There is only an ecumenism of return since outside the Church there is no salvation.

The old exclusivist ecclesiology was the foundation for all  political legislation.It was the theological foundation for Catholic political parties and a Catholic state.Now the old ecclesiology can be affirmed in Poland in harmony with Vatican Council II ( Feeneyite) and the Catechism of the Catholic Church ( Feeneyite), the Catechism of Pope Pius X ( Feeneyite), the Catechism of the Council of Trent( Feeneyite).
Here only Church doctrine is being presented.How it would be applied would depend on the Polish Church, government and people.
