He means both Amoris Laetitia and Vatican Council II use irrational philosophical subjectivism in morals and salvation theology. There is now a New Theology in morals and faith.
In Amoris Laeitita it is assumed that we humans can judge people who will not be going to Hell or who are not in mortal sin, even when the community knows that they are living in manifest mortal sin, example, remarried and divorced. They are to be given the Eucharist at Mass.
In Vatican Council II it is assumed that hypothetical cases are explicit and objectively known and they exclude the baptism of water in the Catholic Church. So these invisible cases are judged to be visible exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus and the need for all to be members of the Church for salvation. So it is concluded that visible for us in 2017, LG 16, LG 8, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22, AG 11 etc are visible exceptions to Tradition, especially the Syllabus of Errors of Pope Piux IX, on ecumenism, other religions etc.
The Masons and ecclesiastical Masonry needed to change faith and morals in the Church. They needed a theology, a new theology. So based on an error in reasoning, with a false philosophy, they created a new premise with results in a new and non traditional conclusion. It is the basis of the New Theology in faith(salvation). It is heresy and it is also magisterial for a corrupt  magisterium.-Lionel Andrades
