Abp. Pozzo: The ball's in their court
ROME (ChurchMilitant.com) - A top Vatican official is saying the Society of St. Pius X (SSPX), headed by Bp. Bernard Fellay, must sign a doctrinal declaration involving Vatican II before they can reunite with the Church.
Lionel: This sounds specious.He does not differentiate between Vatican Council II interpreted with Feeneyism or Cushingism, without the irrational premise or with it, not violating the Principle of Non Contradiction or violating it,assuming invisible and unknown cases are invisible or inferring that they are visible and known in the present times, with the hermeneutic of continuity with the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus( Feeneyite) or without it, in agreement with the SSPX General Chapter Statement 2012 or against it.

In a report published Thursday, Abp. Guido Pozzo, secretary of the Pontifical Commission Ecclesia Dei, the body tasked with facilitating the reunion with Rome of traditional breakaway groups like the SSPX, is saying, "The reconciliation will occur when Monsignor Fellay formally adheres to the doctrinal declaration that the Holy See presented to him. This is also the necessary condition to then proceed to the institutional regularization with the creation of a personal prelature."
Lionel: After so many years and so many reports on the Internet he does not announce if it would be acceptable for the SSPX and any other religious community to affirm Vatican Council II interpreted with the theology of Feeneyism instead of the common Cushingite theology, used by the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith.He refuses to discuss this issue.

Reportedly, Abp. Pozzo sees the proper interpretation of Vatican II as an essential element of this declaration.
Lionel: I interpret Vatican Council II with Feeneyism( invisible cases are invisible, hypothetical cases are not objective cases in 2017, invisible baptism of desire is not an exception to the Feeneyite interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS), LG 16,LG 8, UR 3 etc refer to hypothetical cases known only to God.They do not refer to objective people known in 2017. So they are not explicit exceptions to the dogma EENS as it was known, for example to the 16th century missionaries. So there is nothing in Vatican Council II to contradict the Feeneyite intepretation of EENS.LG 16(invincible ignorance) is not an exception to EENS.
This means Pope Benedict XVI in March 2016 made a big mistake when he said that EENS was no more like it was for the missionaries of the 16th century. Since there was a development of the dogma with Vatican Council II. He was referring to Vatican Council II Cushingite.There can be no development of the dogma with Vatican Council II Feeneyite.However, he was giving us and the political Left, his interpretation of Vatican Council II.
I affirm Vatican Council II Feeneyite since it is rational and traditional. I think the SSPX could do the same and then sign the doctrinal preamble asking the CDF and the bishops conferences to also affirm Vatican Council ( Feeneyite).

According to the report, "Guido Pozzo points out that the key to reconciliation lies in understanding the Second Vatican Council. The interpretations that were promoted by some theologians, intellectuals and the media have encouraged ruptures similar to the Lefebvrians."
Lionel: The interpretation of Pope Benedict XVI in March 2016 was also a rupture with Tradition.

The archbishop affirmed Thursday that the misinterpretations about the council's 16 documents led to misperceptions of the council by the SSPX, which diverged from Church teaching.
Lionel: The SSPX affirmed the dogma outside the Church there is no salvation in its 2012 General Chapter Statement. This is doctrinally rejected by the CDF. Since Vatican Council II(Cushingite) is a rupture with the SSPX General Chapter Statement. It is not a rupture for me. Since I interpret Vatican Council II with Feeneyism.
The 150th anniversary of the Syllabus of Errors of Pope Pius IX was not celebrated by the CDF since Vatican Council II(Cushingite) is an exception to the Syllabus.For the CDF there is known salvation outside the Church. This is Vatican Council II( Cushingite). It is Vatican Council II interpreted with the irrational New Theology of Rahner and Ratzinger.So visible for us baptism of desire for the CDF would contradict the dogma EENS as it was expressed in the Syllabus of Errors. Salvation outside the Church would contradict ecumenism as it is expressed in the Syllabus of Errors.
I can interpret Vatican Council II without the New Theology and so the Council is not a rupture with the Syllabus of Errors on ecumenism, other religions and salvation etc.

"This contradiction, this 'overlap,'" noted Pozzo, "has generated that climate of conflict, confusion and uncertainty about the Council's interpretation, which is at the root of the criticisms and difficulties raised by the Fraternity of St. Pius X."
Lionel: The confusion can be removed by announcing that the SSPX is free to interpret Vatican Council II with Feeneyism and is free to reject a Vatican Council II interpreted with Cushingism.Since with Vatican Council II Feeneyism there is a hermeneutic of continuity and with Vatican Council II Cushingism there is a hermeneutic of rupture.

During an interview in March, Abp. Pozzo likewise contrasted the so-called "spirit of Vatican II" as being essentially the problem rather than what the "true council" actually taught.
Lionel: The 'true Council ' is in accord with the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus as it was interpreted by the magisterium of the 16th century.
The present magisterium according to Pope Benedic has rejected the interpretation of the dogma EENS according to the 16th century magisterium. This is manifest, public heresy. It is also an example of the 'spirit of Vatican Council II(Cushingite)' affirmed by Pope Benedict,Archbishop Guido Pozzo and the other cardinals and bishops at the CDF.

"The problem is therefore not the Second Vatican Council as such, but a certain way of understanding, applying and practicing the Council, the so-called 'spirit of the Council,'" he explained. "Pope Benedict XVI has spoken of a 'true council' and a 'virtual council,' the latter being the fruit of the mass media, the modernist currents of theology, in other words the 'conciliation ideology' that superimposed the genuine mens (mind) of the Council's Fathers."
Lionel: More speciousness.
Pope Benedict is on record as interpreting Vatican Council II as a rupture with the past since the New Theology which he supported, uses an irrational premise to create a new and non traditional conclusion.
After so many years he will not answer if Vatican Council II can be interpreted without the irrational premise and non traditional conclusion, without mixing up invisible cases as being visible and without violating traditional philosophical reasoning.It is upon these philosophical errors, the false rationality that a new theology was created to interpret all magisterial documents.Now that he is 90 years it is about time that he set the record correct.
Vatican Council II (Cushingite) is deception. It is a falsehood.It is not Catholic. It is not ethical for any Catholic to promote it after knowing about it.

In March 2009, Pope Benedict XVI wrote a letter explaining the SSPX separation is doctrinal in nature and not merely canonical or legal:
The fact that the Society of Saint Pius X does not possess a canonical status in the Church is not, in the end, based on disciplinary but on doctrinal reasons. ...(he means they have to accept the irrational new theology and then interpret Vatican Council II with this innovation, this deception and lie, just as he and Rahner, Kung, Kasper and Cushing have done) In order to make this clear once again: Until the doctrinal questions are clarified, the society has no canonical status in the Church, and its ministers — even though they have been freed of the ecclesiastical penalty — do not legitimately exercise any ministry in the Church. ...(doctrinal questions refer to rejecting a Vatican Council II, Catechism of the Catholic Church and other magisterial documents interpreted with Feeneyism and instead choosing the irrational, new Cushingite theology which he approved for most of his life and publically defended on March 2016) In light of this situation, it is my intention henceforth to join the Pontifical Commission Ecclesia Dei — the body which has been competent since 1988 for those communities and persons who, coming from the Society of Saint Pius X or from similar groups, wish to return to full communion with the Pope — to the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith. This will make it clear that the problems now to be addressed are essentially doctrinal in nature and concern primarily the acceptance of the Second Vatican Council and the post-conciliar magisterium of the Popes. (All the religious communities in the Catholic Church have to interpret magisterium documents with the false premise which is the basis of the new ecclesiology.It is a rupture with the past ecclesiology of the Catholic Church. This is Masonic.)

-Lionel AndradesThe Church's teaching authority cannot be frozen in the year 1962 — this must be quite clear to the society.(Pope Benedict has frozen the Church's false teaching authority in 1962 when he and his friends chose irrational Cushingism to replace traditional Feeneyism as a theology.As Prefect of the CDF he could have told Archbishop Lefebvre that Vatican Council II could be interpreted with Feeneyism. It would not be a break with the old ecclesiology of the Church on ecumenism, inter-religious dialogue etc.Instead he excommunicated Archbishop Lefebvre.Lefebvre was correct.Vatican Council II(Cushingite) is a rupture with the past and should be rejected.) But some of those who put themselves forward as great defenders of the council also need to be reminded that Vatican II embraces the entire doctrinal history of the Church.(Yes it embraces the entire doctrinal history of the Church only with Vatican Council II ( Feeneyite). It does not do so with ith Ecclesia Dei's version of Vatican Council II.) Anyone who wishes to be obedient to the council has to accept the Faith professed over the centuries, and cannot sever the roots from which the tree draws its life.(Pope Benedict XVI severed it formally and in public in March 2016.No one says that an emeritus pope in public heresy cannot be a pope according to Catholic Canon Law)
