Present pontificate has put aside Canon Law.Otherwise two popes and Abp.Corrado Lorefice could be accused of heresy

Archbishop Corrado Lorefice has cited Canon Law for the suspension of Fr. Alessandro M.Minutella yet in so many doctrinal ways he and other bishops violate Canon Law.

Here is the Archbishop's bad score.
INTERPRETS MAGISTERIAL DOCUMENTS WITH IRRATIONAL AND INNOVATIVE CUSHINGISM

1.The Archbishop interprets Vatican Council II and the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus with irrational Cushingism theology.

He does not interpret Vatican Council II and EENS with rational and traditiional Feeneyite theology.So there is a  rupture with the magisterium of the 16th century, for example. It is magisterium against magisterium.

The Magisterium is inspired by the Holy Spirit and cannot teach error so how can Vatican Council II ( Cushingite) be magisterial?
REJECTS THE SOCIAL REIGN OF CHRIST THE KING OVER ALL POLITICAL LEGISLATION 

2.Based on Vatican Council II and EENS interpreted with Feeneyism there is no salvation outside the Church.Since there is no known salvation outside Church there are no practical exceptions to the dogma EENS.There are also no exceptions to EENs( Feeneyite) mentioned in Vatican Council II.So there is no change in the ecclesiology of the Church. The past ecclesiology which is valid today supports the teachings on the Social Reign of Christ the King over all political legislation and the non separation of Church and State.This is not affirmed by the Archbishop of Palermo.
REJECTS THE NON SEPARATION OF CHURCH AND STATE

Instead Archbishop Corrado Lorefice interprets Vatican Council II and the dogma EENS with Cushingism and so there are known exceptions outside the Church for him. So the non separation of Church and State is no more a priority for him. It can be rejected.He rejects it in the false church within the Catholic Church. He also does not affirm the Social Reign of Christ the King and instead supports the  separation of Church and State.He does not advocate the separation of secularism and State.
REJECTS THE OLD ECUMENISM OF RETURN

3.Since he does not interpret Vatican Council II and the dogma EENS with Feeneyism there is a rupture with the old ecclesiology of the Church.So he does not affirm the old ecumenism of return.

Since there is known salvation outside the Church for him he affirms the new ecumenism in which Protestants do not need to convert. This is an essential part of 'the false Church' referred to by Fr. Alessandro M.Minutella.This ecumenical false Church is supported by Pope Francis, Enzo Bianchi etc.

These are just a few examples of public heresy with a new theology that creates new doctrines in the Catholic Church.
ACCORDING TO CANON LAW JURIDICAL PERSON IN HERESY CANNOT HOLD OFFICE

According to Canon Law a juridical person( Archbishop) cannot hold office if he does not believe in the teachings of the Catholic Church.

We have Archbishop Lorefice and other Italian- false church bishops- affirming heresy in public and they are supported by the two popes.

A.They reject traditional extra ecclesiam nulla salus( Feeneyite) which did not mention  any exceptions.

B.They reject Vatican Council II ( Feeneyite) which does not mention any exceptions to extra ecclesiam nulla salus( Feeneyite).Since LG 16, LG 8, UR 3, GS 22,NA 2, LG 14, etc refer to invisible cases,with Feeneyism, they are not explicit exceptions to all needing to be incorporated into the Church for salvation, for example, in 2017.

C.They reject the old ecumenism and inter-religious dialogue which was part of mission and was based on the past ecclesiology of the Church which was Feeneyite.

D.They reject the Social Reign of Christ the King over all political legislation and the non separation of Church and State, with their Cushingite theology.
INTERPRETS ALL MAGISTERIAL DOCUMENTS WITH CUSHINGISM

This is all official heresy.It is the false Church in Italy.

On the other hand:-

1.Archbishop Corrado Lorefice affirms extra ecclesiam nulla salus( Cushingite) in which invisible baptism of desire is an exception to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus, as it was known to the 16th century missionaries.So there is a rupture with Tradition.The de fide teachings of the Church are set aside.This is magisterial for him and all priests have to accepted it to avoid suspension.The magisterial heresy  was confirmed by Pope Benedict XVI last March 2016 in an interview published in daily Avvenire.
ABP.CORRADO LOREFICE VIOLATES THE PRINCIPLE OF NON CONTRADICTION 

2.Archbishop Corrado Lorefice affirms Vatican Council II (Cushingite) in which LG 16, LG 8,LG 14, UR 3, NA 2, GS 2 etc refer to visible in the flesh cases in 2017 which are then inferred to be objective and personally known exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus in 2017. This is irrational and heretical however it is also magisterial for him.He violates  the Principle of Non Contradiction here.These are all Canon Law issues.

 This is also all part of the false Church which Fr. Alessandro M. Minutella refers to.
NEW DOCTRINES ARE HELD BASED ON IRRATIONAL CUSHINGISM

3.There is a new ecumenism,inter-religious dialogue and mission based on irrational Cushingism as a philosophy and theology.With an irrational premise the false church has elicited a non traditional conclusion.With this innovation they have rejected traditional doctrines,which were obligatory for all Catholics to believe in.
PRESENT PONTIFICATE HAS PUT ASIDE CANON LAW OTHERWISE LOREFICE WOULD BE IN HERESY 

The present pontificate has put aside Canon Law.Otherwise the two popes and Archbishop Corrado Lorefice could be accused of heresy. They would have no right to hold office in the Church until they recanted their error.-Lionel Andrades
