Traditionalists could organise inter religious dialogue meetings based on Vatican Council II

Traditionalists in the diocese of Rochester for example, could organize inter-religious meetings and affirm Vatican Council II ( without the irrational premise; Feeneyite).
CATHOLICS ARE THE NEW PEOPLE OF GOD

1.Announce that Nostra Aetate 4, Vatican Council II says Catholics are the new people God, they are the new Chosen People, 'the Church is the new people of God'.They are the elect, who have the Jewish Messiah, the Sacrifice in the Mass, the tabernacle with the Eucharist as God with us in  the new and eternal covenant and a continuation of the Jewish religion.They must love and fear God since most people are on the way to Hell (AG 7,LG 14) and so work out their salvation with 'fear and trembling'(Philippians 2:12).
ALL NON CATHOLICS ARE ON THE WAY TO HELL UNLESS THEY ENTER THE CATHOLIC CHURCH.

2.Announce that Ad Gentes 7 says 'all', need 'faith and baptism' for salvation. So it means all non Catholics are on the way to Hell unless they are incorporated into the Church as members.
Therefore, all must be converted to Him, made known by the Church's preaching, and all must be incorporated into Him by baptism and into the Church which is His body. For Christ Himself "by stressing in express language the necessity of faith and baptism (cf. Mark 16:16; John 3:5), at the same time confirmed the necessity of the Church, into which men enter by baptism, as by a door. -Ad Gentes 7, Vatican Council II.
NO EXCEPTIONS TO EENS THEORETICAL OR PRACTICAL MENTIONED IN VATICAN COUNCIL II
 3.Announce that LG 16, LG 8, UR 3, NA 2, GS 22 etc refer to speculative and hypothetical cases in 2017. So they are not exceptios to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) as it was known to the missionaries in the 16th century.

 There are 'no practical exceptions' to the dogma EENS says Chris Ferrara.This is something obvious. This is also the view of Archbishop Thomas E.Gullickson, Fr.Stefano Visintin osb, John Martignoni and many priests in Rome.
VATICAN COUNCIL II SAYS OUTSIDE THE CHURCH THERE IS NO SALVATION

4.Announce that most people are oriented to Hell since they die without 'faith and baptism'.Vatican Council II says outside the Church there is no salvation(AG 7, LG 14).
AD GENTES 7 IS NOT CONTRADICTED BY LUMEN GENTIUM 16 AS IS WIDELY BELIEVED

5.Announce that Ad Gentes 7 is not contradicted by Lumen Gentium 14( invincible ignorance), LG 14 ( those who know or do not know and are saved or not saved), Gaudium et Specs ( 'men of good will in whose hearts grace works in an unseen way' and are saved and 'the Holy Spirit in a manner known only to God offers to every man the possibility of being associated with this paschal mystery' and who are allegedly saved outside the Church).These are all hypothetical cases invisible for us in 2017 and so are irrelevant to EENS.
MAGISTERIUM MADE AN OBJECTIVE MISTAKE IN THE LETTER OF THE HOLY OFFICE 1949 TO THE ARCHBISHOP OF BOSTON

6.Announce that the Letter of the Holy Office 1949 to the Archbishop of Boston made an objective error.It assumed that invisible cases of the baptism of desire were visible.Then it inferred that these invsible cases excluded the baptism of water in the Catholic Church. So it concluded  wrongly that these so called 'invisible but visible' cases  were exceptions to the Feeneyite interpretation of the dogma EENS. The magisterium made a mistake in 1949 and the same mistake was repeated in Vatican Council II (AG 7, LG14 etc).

MISTAKES IN VATICAN COUNCIL II
The Council Fathers wrongly assumed hypothetical cases were not hypothetical, and so there are passages which mention the baptism of desire and being saved in invincible ignorance, in relation to orthodox passages which support EENS( AG 7, LG 14).Feeneyite and Cushingite passages are placed together when the Cushingite passages should not have been there.

THERE CAN BE TWO INTERPRETATIONS OF VATICAN COUNCIL II : WITH OR WITHOUT THE PREMISE

So there can be two interpretations of the same text in Vatican Council II. 1)Vatican Council II can be interpreted with a theology that uses an irrational premise, it is based upon invisible cases being visible or 2) it can be interpreted with a theology which does not use the irrational premise,invisible cases are simply invisible.Avoid the irrational premise.Then we are automatically back to the old traditional theology on salvation.We are back to the past ecclesiology.It was exclusivist ecclesiocentrism.We do not have to create a new theology or add anything new.
NO MODERNISM WITH CUSHINGISM

This is the traditional Catholic Faith based on rational theology and traditional doctrines.Traditionalists would affirm all the teachings of the Church including Vatican Council II (Feeneyite) and the Syllabus of Errors.There is a harmony between Vatican Council II ( Feeneyite) and EENS( Feeneyite). There is a hermeneutic of continity. The  doctrinal teachings of the Church before and after Vatican Council II are the same. There is no modernism created with Cushingism; the use of the irrational premise to create a non traditional conclusion.
TRADITIONALISTS ORGANISE INTER-FAITH MEETINGS

So traditionalists organise inter faith meetings and proclaim the Catholic faith with traditional doctrine which does not exclude Vatican Council II.-Lionel Andrades
