The Dean of Theology at the St.Anselm University,Rome who said that there are no known exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus has been replaced.1His comment indicated that there are factual mistakes in Vatican Council II.2 It was a negation of Rahner's theology and over a year he had to teach just this.
The Vatican and the Pontifical Council for Catholic Education did not comment on his statement either way even though he was contradicting the ecclesiology being taught at Pontifical universities in Rome.
Fr.S.Visintin osb has been replaced by Fr.Eduardo Lopez-Tello Garcia osb.
According to the blog post in 2013 'Rev. Fr.P. Stefano Visintin OSB, Dean of the Faculty of Theology at the Pontifical University St.Anselm, Rome says all non Catholics need to enter the Catholic Church for salvation and there are no known exceptions. This is the teaching of the Catholic Church.
'The baptism of desire and being saved in invincible ignorance are possibilities, he said, but are not known exceptions to the traditional teaching on salvation.'
Fr.Stefano who was appointed for the second term as the Dean of Theology affirmed the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus and said that none of us knows of any case this year saved outside the church.
I asked him again if he was saying all Jews, Muslims and other non Catholics in Rome and elsewhere need to enter the Church for salvation. He replied all who know about Jesus and the Church need to enter."All who know?" and not 'all in general' I needed to clarify?.Since we don't know who knows or does not know and will be saved . This is known only to God.
He clarified that all with no exception in the present times need to convert visibly into the Church for salvation.
I asked him if this is what is being taught at the university. He answered in the affirmative.
1 DEAN OF THEOLOGY AT ST. ANSELM SAYS THERE ARE NO KNOWN EXCEPTIONS TO THE DOGMA EXTRA ECCLESIAM NULLA SALUS
Priests are not saying that there are known cases of the baptism of desire. So there are no known exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus. There were never were and never can be any known exceptions. Instead the priests who are professors have changed the meaning of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus. This is heresy and apostasy. It is also in the secular sense un-ethical and a telling of a lie.
They are knowingly not affirming the faith in public for political reasons. They do not want to lose their career. They do not want to be suspended in the parish or universityby the Vatican, which is officially maintaining the heresy.
So the priests are not saying that there are no exceptions to the 16th century interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus. There are no exceptions to the dogma even in the Catechism of Pope Pius X. 1..There are no exceptions in Vatican Council II and they will not admit it.2 Similarly in the Catechism of the Catholic Church (1995) without the new theology, without assuming invisible cases are visible, there are no exceptions to the Feeneyite interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus and the Syllabus of Errors and the Catechism of Pope Pius X-but the priests are not teaching this.

The Letter of the Holy Office says that it is not required that a person be incorporated into the Church as a member for salvation while the Catechism of Pius X says it is necessary.
