The Scholasticum opens its doors for the first time, in October 2016. The nascent Institute offers 3 Post-Graduate Level SpecializationsMedieval Biblical Studies, Scholastic Philosophy and Scholastic Theology, for those students pursuing  M.A., STL. or STD degrees or their equivalents, in either the civil or ecclesiastical university systems, and for those with these degrees who want to deepen their understanding of Scholasticism, of which any of the courses can be taken separately or independently from the others.
Lionel:
The Scholasticum will maintain the liberal theology approved by the Church i.e Cushingism. They will reject traditional salvation theology, by assuming hypothetical cases, known only to God, are objective exceptions in the present times, to the medieval understanding of Catholic salvation.
In this way they could be recognised by the Catholic Church and Italian civil authorities.

In addition to being offered to our students present at Bagnoregio, all our courses are also available telematically, that is, through the Internet via video-conferencing. The classes are taught synchronically, that is, live, and students participate in class in real time. Students completing our courses as Discipuli, both those who study telematically and those who study with us in person, will receive Certificates of Completion and grades. Students who study at our campus in Italy are eligible to have their course work recognized by the Catholic Church toward a Licentiate or Doctorate degree. Those who study telematically will be eligible to have their course work recognized by the Italian Ministry of Education toward a Masters Degree.
Lionel:
They will be eligible since the faculty interpret Vatican Council II and the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS) with the theology of Cushingism. They reject the centuries old traditional theology i.e Feeneyism (there are no known exceptions to EENS).If they interpret St. Thomas Aquinas and the saints with Feeneyism, they will be considered anti-Semitic.So they will be opposed by the Jewish Left and the Vatican.Like the SSPX and other traditional institutes th Scholasticum will have politically correct Cushingism as a theology. In this way Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church will emerge as a rupture with the dogma EENS and the Syllabus of Errors, especially on salvation. They will postulate that there is known salvation outside the Catholic Church.
_______________________
Tentatively, our courses will be offered Monday to Friday, from 3 PM to 7 PM Rome time, which is 9 Am to 1 PM New York City Time.

The nascent Institute will seek accreditation in each of the 3 cycles of studies it offers, from both the Catholic Church (Theology, Philosophy) and the Republic of Italy (Philosophy, Medieval Studies).
Lionel:
They will be given accredition as long as they are not considered fundamentalists who affirm the dogma EENS, according to the 16th century missionaries and Fr. Leonard Feeney.

Many of our courses will be eligible for transfer credit programs, but this depends upon the institution to which the student is transferring.
Lionel:
If they interpret Vatican Council II with Feeneyism ( there are physically no known cases of the baptism of desire) students from the Scholasticum will not be eligible to study at the Angelicum, Gregoriana etc. They must affirm the irrational in philosophy and theology.
The registrar Br. Alexis Bugnolo, like the liberals and traditionalists, will not affirm the Feeneyite intepretation of EENS.He says hypothetical cases of the baptism of desire etc are not known exceptions to EENS but he also accepts the Letter of the Holy Office 1949.This is prudent and politically correct. -Lionel Andrades

Bro.Alexis Bugnolo, over a year, including correspondence on Twitter, will not respond on this point : curriculum of Scholasticism

Bro.Alexis Bugnolo, The Registrar of the Scholasticism, at their office in Rome  agrees that hypothetical cases cannot be known exceptions to all needing to formally enter the Church, they cannot be exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus as it was known among the Medieval Fathers in the Church.
He is willing to say that hypothetical cases are hypothetical and so cannot be physically visible in 2016 and this is something that I am waiting for Boniface at the blog Unam Sanctam Catholicam to still confirm. It is over a week. I  asked him for a simple reply, yes or no.
However Bro.Bugnolo or any one else at the Scholascticism will not answer when I ask :'So did the Letter of the Holy Office 1949 to the Archbishop of Boston in the second part, make a mistake when it assumed that the baptism of desire and blood were not hypothetical but an exception to EENS according to Fr.Leonard Feeney? 1
In the past I asked ihim if at the Scholasticism  faculty will teach theology according to Cushingism( there are known exceptions to EENS) or Feeneyism( there are no known exceptions to EENS).He still has not replied.
At the pontifical universities in Rome and the SSPX seminary in Econe, they teach theology which is Cushingite. So they interpret Scolasticism with the Cushingite premise and conclusion. For instance, the man in the forest in invincible ignorance, to whom St. Thomas Aquinas refers to, is an objective, known case for the Cushingites. So they re-interpret an invisible case for us as being objective. Then they wrongly assume that this objective case is an explicitr exception to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus.

If the pontifical universities, the SSPX seminary and the Scholasticism did not assume that the man in the forest is objective and personally known, then there are no exceptions to EENS as understood by Fr. Leonard Feeney .Then there are also no exceptions to EENS in Vatican Council II.
Bro.Alexis Bugnolo, over a year, including correspondence on Twitter, will not respond on this point.
According to the curriculum of the Urbania Pontifical University in the Ecclesiology semesters, it is taught that the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus has developed since there are exceptions to the dogma mentioned in Vatican Council II (LG 16 etc). This will also be the understanding at the Scholasticism in Italy. On this point there is agreement with liberal theology, the new theology which is magisterial.

1.
You now agree that hypothetical cases cannot be exceptions to EENS. So I have asked you if the second part of the Letter of the Holy Office 1949 made a mistake? You will not answer
