But the popes are not going to agree with this. So Cardinal Muller has not commented on these blog posts: cannot contradict the pope on Amoris Laetitia and comment on the dubbia

December 1, 2016 (LifeSiteNews) – The Church’s highest authority on doctrinal matters besides the pope, Cardinal Gerhard Ludwig Müller, says his Congregation will not answer the four Cardinals who have formulated their doubts (dubia) regarding Amoris Laetitia until further notice.
The Prefect of the Congregation for the Doctrine of Faith explained in an interview with Kathpress on Thursday that his congregation “acts and speaks” with the authority of the Pope and cannot take part “in a difference of opinion.”

Cardinal Muller says that his congregation acts and speaks with the authority of the pope.So with the authority of Pope Benedict and Pope Francis he could not announce the obvious. He could never announce that the baptism of desire refers to hypothetical and imaginary cases. So it never was an exception to the Feeneyite interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus.
If he made this simple statement he would get rid of the new theology which is based on the irrationality of the baptism of desire being known in personal cases and that it excludes the baptism of water in the Catholic Church.
With the new theology out of the way he and the rest of the Catholic Church would have to affirm once again the Feeneyite interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS).
Image result for a of St. Francis XavierThis is the centuries old interpretation of the dogma,as it was known to St. Francis Xavier and the 16th century missionaries.
But the two popes will not permit this. So the CDF and Ecclesia Dei do not comment on it and they let Catholics remain in ignorance.Catholics now proclaim a new Gospel based on this irrationality of known exceptions to the Feeneyite interpretation of EENS.
If Cardinal Muller would clarify, for us, something which we all know through common sense, then he would be saying that Vatican Council II does not have the hermeneutic rupture with the Feenyite interpretation of EENS.
It was the Holy Office 1949 and the Archbishop of Boston who were in heresy and not Fr. Leonard Feeney and the St. Benedict Center.
It really means Vatican Council II only affirms an ecumenism of return and there is no ambiguity.
It means there is no known salvation outside the Church and so it is a priority that all political and social teachings should have Jesus and the Catholic Church at its centre.
But the popes are not going to agree with this. So he has not commented over the last few years on these blog posts.
Instead in an interview with Edward Pentin when asked about extra ecclesiam nulla salus, Cardinal Muller said like Pope Benedict XVI (Avvenire), that EENS  today was no more like it was in the 16th century. There was 'a development 'with Vatican Council II.
They mean that the baptism of desire(of an unknown catechumen-LG 14) and LG 16( being saved in invincible ignorance) refers to a known case.It is not hypothetical and theoretical. So it is an explicit exception to the old ecclesiology based on EENS.
This is the new irrational theology Catholics have to accept since the two popes and the Vatican Curia want it like this.-Lionel Andrades
