Don Francesco Riscossa has made an objective error. Lumen Gentium 8 refers to a hypothetical case and so it is not relevant or an exception to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus which he has cited in part one of the conference.
He has mixed up what is invisible as being visible in Vatican Council II and then has inferred that the invisible case is a visible exception to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus.
This is the new theology.The new theology is based on this mix up. There is really no theology in Vatican Council II to contradict 1) the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus,2) an ecumenism off return and 3) that outside the Church there is no salvation and Hindus, Buddhists, Jews and Muslims are outside.
It is only with the mix up of what is invisible as being visible that the liberals have 'a theology', a 'new theology' to suggest that there is salvation outside the Church and the dogma EENS has been replaced.In this way we have Vatican Council II as a break with Tradition. It has the hermeneutic of rupture.
If Father Riscossa would assume LG 8 refers to a hypothetical case, which it really is, then LG 8 does not contradict the dogma EENS which he has quoted.
So the fault is there with him, the SSPX and Radio Spada who use an irrational premise and receive a non traditional and irrational conclusion. He is making the same error as the two popes whom he criticises at this conference.
