Christ has provided the Magisterium (living Magisterium is irrational) as a great gift to His Church, so that the faithful may give free and grateful assent to the saving truth God has revealed to His Church.

Yes and the pre-Council of Trent magisterium did not assume that the baptism of desire referred to known cases in the present times.

The present magisterium (2016) assumes the baptism of desire refers to a known case and so it is an exception to the Feeneyite interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus.
