Cardinal Raymond Burke does not realize that the Catholic identity has been compromised with his belief in there being known salvation outside the Church

Cdl. Burke Doubles Down on Danger of IslamROME (ChurchMilitant.com) - Cardinal Raymond Burke is doubling down on the threat Islam poses to the Christian world, pointing again to its inherent goal of world domination, now more attainable owing to the loss of Christian identity in the West.
Lionel:He means there is a loss of Catholic identity.1

In his interview this week, Cdl. Burke says one reason for people's misunderstanding of Islam is owing to their mistaken notion that we Christians and Muslims believe in the same God. "Many people do not understand what Islam really is," he said. "They create these slogans: We all believe in the same God, that we are all united by love and so on. It's not true."
Lionel:
He does not realise that the Catholic identity has been compromised with  his alleged belief in there being salvation outside the Church. He believes that a possibility of salvation outside the Church is a known case in the present times.
Catholics in general believe this.So a Protestant or Muslim can be saved in his religion since there is salvation outside the Church which is known.
So if a Protestant or Muslim can be saved outside the Church and this is an allegedly explicit case to contradict the centuries old dogma on extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) then why do Catholics need to convert into the Catholic Church for salvation?
So why should one protest against abortion or the use of contraception since this is permitted by Protestant religions, whose members are saved through Jesus and the Church, in their religion, according to Rahner's theology.
This is also the theology of Cardinal Burke. So the Catholic identiy has been lost. There is no more an understanding of Church ( ecclesiology) with exclusive salvation.

I don't believe it's true that we're all worshipping the same God because the God of Islam is a governor. … Sharia is their law, and that law, which comes from Allah, must dominate every man eventually. … And it's not a law that's founded on love. … We have to understand that in the end what they believe most deeply, that to which they ascribe in their hearts, demands that they govern the world.
Lionel:
Since Cardinal Burke has lost the Catholic identity, he does not believe in exclusive salvation among Catholics, he cannot affirm the Social Reign of Christ the King over all political legislation based on EENS.He does not believe that all Muslims are obligated to formally enter the Church to avoid the fires of Hell.He does not believe that the whole world needs to be Catholic, to avoid the fires of Hell and there are no known exceptions in the present times. He is a liberal here.

This week the cardinal contrasts the God of Christianity — Triune and Incarnate — with the God of Islam. "Islam is a threat in the sense that the true Muslim Allah must rule the world," he clarified. "Christ in the Gospel said, 'Give to Caesar what is Caesar's.'"
Lionel:
Christ also said who is not with me is against me and he who does not collect with me disperses. He also said that those who do not believe will be condemned and that all need the baptism of water, in the Catholic Church of that time, for salvation. He also said enter through the narrow gate for the road to Hell is wide and most people take it.
We know most people die today outside the Catholic Church, the narrow gate to Heaven.

[T]here is only one Savior of the world, Jesus Christ. We must not proselytize, imposing Christianity, but if we believe in Jesus it is our duty to bear witness. … We supinely accept practices that are contrary to the natural law, such as abortion or the so-called marriage between persons of the same sex. It is the proof that we are not strong in faith, and an easy prey for conquest.
Lionel:
Yes Jesus Christ is the one Saviour of the world and all who need to be saved need to be incorporated into the Church as members. This was the Catholic identity until they changed it in Boston in 1949.
Cardinal Burke is affirming Jesus without the necessity of being a formal member of the Catholic Church.
Since there is known salvation outside the Church for him( as if he could know a particular case) he would reject an ecumenism of return and the need for  Catholic mission based on the doctrines of St.Robert Bellarmine, St. Francis Xavier and St. Thomas Aquinas.
Since he has changed the traditional teachings on mission, ecumenism, salvation, other religions, ecclesiology...it is no suprise that Catholics in general have also accepted new doctrines.
Why does not Cardinal Burke change all this, give up this liberalism based on invisible cases being visible exceptions to the old ecclesiology?
He simply has to announce that all Hindus,Buddhists, Jews, Muslims, Orthodox Christians, Protestants, atheists and other non Catholics are oriented to Hell and there are no known exceptions in 2016.They all need to formally enter the Church as members to be saved.
He could announce that there are no known exceptions to the Feeneyite interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus, mentioned in Vatican Council II.
He could also announce that there are no known cases of the baptism of desire and blood and being saved in invincible ignorance in 2016 which could be exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus, according to the 16th century missionaries.
He must clarify that when when we say in the Nicene Creed 'I believe in one baptism for the forgiveness of sins it refers to one known baptism, the baptism of water and not three or more known baptisms without the baptism of water.
He could clarify that the Church knows of no means to eternal beatitude other than the baptism of water (Catechism of the Catholic Church 1257) and there are no known exceptions in 2016 since 'God is not limited to the Sacraments'(CCC 1257).
So all need to enter the Church with faith and baptism(AG 7, LG 14) and we do not know of any exception 'since God is God and can save someone without the Sacraments'.
He could clarify for Pope Benedict XVI , who said EENS is not more like it was in the 16th century, that imaginary cases in 2016 cannot be an exception to the dogma EENS as it was known in the 16th centuty. So for discerning Catholics, who have still maintained their Catholic identity, without rejecting Vatican Council II, EENS is still as EENS was in the 16th century and all Muslims and other non Catholics need to formally convert into the Catholic Church to avoid the fires of Hell( Cantate Domino, Council of Florence 1441).-Lionel Andrades
