The SSPX is not faithful to the Syllabus of Errors.Theologically, for SSPX bishops and many priests , there are exceptions to the Syllabus teachings on other religions and Christian communities.

Granted, the Vatican recognizing the SSPX as genuinely Catholic is simply a matter of justice, for the SSPX is faithful to all that the Church has taught and practiced throughout the centuries including the inconvenient truths of Pius IX’s Syllabus of Errors, Pius XI’s Quas Primas and other counter-revolutionary Papal texts.-John Vennari

For the SSPX bishops and many priests, the baptism of desire and blood and being saved in invincible ignorance, all without the baptism of water in the Catholic Church, refer to explicit cases in 2106.So these objective cases are exceptions to all needing to formally enter the Church.There is salvation outside the Church for the SSPX. A non Catholic can be saved in his religion through Jesus and the Church.He would not have to convert formally into the Church. This is the position of the SSPX and the liberals. This is the new theology approved by Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger as Prefect of the Congregation for Doctrine of the Faith,Vatican.So this is a variation on N.15 of the Syllabus. The confusion is there since for SSPX priests Feeneyism is rejected since Archbishop Lefebvre accepted the Letter of the Holy Office 1949 to the Archbishop of Boston.

For the SSPX, hypothetical cases can be known exceptions to extra ecclesiam nulla salus ( Letter of the Holy Office 1949, Second Part).So thoeretically, theologically, for the SSPX there is known salvation outside the Church. The SSPX like the Left, assumes there could be someone saved outside the Church, in another religion.So 'man, may in the observance of any religion whatever', 'find the way of eternal salvation and arrive at eternal salvation' for the SSPX, by having the baptism of desire or blood without the baptism of water, by being saved in invincible ignorance , also without the baptism of water, or, following his good conscience while in another religion.

17. Good hope at least is to be entertained of the eternal salvation of all those who are not at all in the true Church of Christ.—Encyclical "Quanto conficiamur," Aug. 10, 1863, etc.

There  is 'good hope', for the SSPX , 'of the eternal salvation of all those who are not at all in the true Church for Christ' since  if they were saved with the baptism of desire without the baptism of water in the Catholic Church, they are exceptions.
For the Letter of the Holy Office 1949 the baptism of desire etc was an exception to traditional extra ecclesiam nulla salus.

The 150th anniversary of the Syllabus of Errors is not being celebrated in the Catholic Church since the CDF assumes there are known exceptions to Pope Pius IX in Vatican Council II
