Lumen Gentium 8 reflects the new theology, Cushingism: it has to be re-interpreted with rational Feeneyism

(26:25) In Lumen Gentium 14 there is a similar invocation of the three marks of visible unity namely faith, sacraments and hierarchical structure and government. We read fully incorporated into the Church are those who possessing the Spirit of Christ accept al the means of salvation given to the Church together with her entire organisation, and who by the bonds constituted by the profession of faith, the sacraments, ecclesiastical government and communion are joined in the visible structure of the Church who rules her through the supreme pontiff and the bishops.
This is the definition of the Catholic Church and who is a member of the Catholic Church according to the Second Vatican Council II.You can see it is a logical progression from the three points of St. Robert Bellarmine.-Dr.Robert Fastiggi
Lionel:
This is a Feeneyite passage. It reflects the old ecclesiology of the dogma EENS( Feeneyite).

(27:23) Now the question asked by Bishop Sanborn is : is it proper to speak of separated or schismatic churches as part of the Church.Well Vatican Council II does not consider them part of the one, holy and Apostolic Church. That's made very, very clear in Lumen Gentium 8,that the Church, this Church of Christ that is the one Church of Christ ,constituted and organised in this world,or in the world as a society, subsists in the Catholic Church, which is governed by the successor of St. Peter and the bishops in communion with him, although many elements of sanctification and truth are found outside of its visible structure.
Lionel:
Lumen Gentium 8 is a Cushingite passage. It is part of the new theology. It has its reasoning from the error in the second part of the Letter of the Holy Office 1949.
According to the dogma EENS( Feeneyite) there is only one Church of Jesus Christ and all need to be formal members of this Church for salvation. There is no salvation outside the Church. There is no known salvation in other religions, or outside the visible boundaries of the Catholic Church. This is the Council of Florence's ,Cantata Domino 1441.Since Cushingism assumes there is salvation outside the visible boundaries of the Catholic, since all do not need faith and baptism for salvation, it is postulated that there are elements of sanctification of truth outside the Church, as if these cases are salvific or exceptions to the dogma EENS.
Even if there are elements of sanctification and truth outside the boundaries of the Church, which are known to God, in a salvific sense, they are hypothetical cases for us.So Lumen Gentium 8 seen with Feeneyism, is implicit, invisible and hypothetical and so it does not contradict the dogma EENS which says all need to be visible members of the Church to avoid Hell.
So we have to be aware of the Cushingite theology here and replace it with rational Feeneyism.
-Lionel Andrades

So compared to the time of St. Robert Bellarmine we have a new ecclesiology and soteriology with heretical consequences: the Feeneyite theology of St. Robert Bellarmine is replaced with Cushingism

Lumen Gentium was written assuming 'there are known cases of known salvation outside the Roman Catholic Church'! In this way there was a change in ecclesiology : Magisterial heresy

Cardinal Schonborn must be told that there are no known cases of someone saved outside the Church  https://eucharistandmission.blogspot.it/2016/04/cardinal-schonborn-must-be-told-that.html

For you UR 3 and LG 8 are exceptions to the dogma. Why? Who do you know today who is saved as mentioned in UR 3,LG 8?
https://eucharistandmission.blogspot.it/2015/06/for-you-ur-3-and-lg-8-are-exceptions-to.html

'Subsistit it'(LG 8) is not a VISIBLE exception to extra ecclesiam nulla salus

Father Mauro Tranquillo where is the exception in Lumen Gentium 8?
