What if Cardinal Burke and Fr. Zuhlsdorf said that there are no known exceptions to Catholic moral and salvation theology ?.Would they lose their religious faculties in Rome?

The Vatican/Vicariate is not allowing priests in Rome to interpret Vatican Council II with Feeneyism. Instead it is obligatory to use irrational Cushingism, the Marchetti-Cushing  theology, to interpret the Council.
Using Cardinal Marchetti's inference, which is non traditional and unreal, is compulsory for all priests in Rome. This is a requirement set for incardination. It has the approval of the liberal rabbis in Italy, Segno and Lara, the Jewish ADL and the Chief Rabbinate of Israel. So there is no tension.
Lay Catholics are unaware that if a priest is to be incardinated in Rome, the Vicariate will expect him to say that every one does not need to enter the Church in 2015-2016 since there are known exceptions to the rigorist interpretation of the dogma .It is obligatory for him to say that the baptism of desire and being saved in invincible ignorance are exceptions to all needing to convert into the Church; all needing to be formal members of the Church, to avoid Hell.1

A priest cannot be incardinated in Rome unless he re-interprets traditional Catholic salvation and moral theology .He has to assume there are known exceptions.2

If he does not assume there are known exceptions then his  ecclesiology will be traditional and exclusivist, as it was over the centuries.
So Vatican Council II has to be interpreted with known exceptions. This means the priest has to say that there are known exceptions, persons saved  without the baptism of water, who are in Heaven in invincible ignorance(LG 16) in 2016, or in the past.He cannot say that Lumen Gentium 16 refers to an invisible case for us.It has to be a personally known case.If it is not a personally known case it cannot be an exception to all needing to be baptised with water for salvation.
LG 16 does refer to an invisible case! This is common sense. However there is a prohibition, being imposed on Catholic religious in Italy. They cannot say this.
So for the FSSP priests in Rome 'there is no change in doctrine in Vatican Council II'.In other words the Council is a break with the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus  (EENS) since there are known exceptions to the dogma EENS and this is magisterial. It is also politically accepted. There is no change in doctrine with the present magisterium but there is a change in doctrine with the pre-Council of Trent magisterium.
So we have priests in Rome saying Vatican Council II is a break with Tradition. This is acceptable to the Vatican and the Vicariate. We do not have priests saying Vatican Council II is not a break with the 16th century missionaries interpretation of extra ecclesiam nulla salus. This would be trouble for him even though it would obviously be true.
If a priest says Vatican Council II is not a break with Tradition. He could not be allowed to be incardinated here.He would be considered a pre Vatican Council II traditionalists or sedecantist.
He would be saying that LG 16 refers to invisible cases and so 'there is no doctrinal change in the teachings of the Church'. It is in harmony with the pre-Council of Trent Catholic Church. While it is a break with the post Council of Trent Catholic Church.
Even priests who offer the Traditional Latin Mass in Rome are tolerated, and appreciated, by the two popes, when they say that Vatican Council II is a break with Tradition. Since this is the liberal position of the contemporary magisterium which assumes LG 16 refers to visible cases, seen in the flesh in 2016.
This irrationality, this lie is the contemporary theological position of the Vatican. It offical even at pontifical universities and seminaries.
National Catholic Register
Cardinal Raymond Burke and Fr.John Zuhlsdorf interpret Vatican Council II with this irrationality. So Vatican Council II is a break with Tradition. They are repeating the political position of the magisterium. They complain about Vatican Council II.But no one really seems to mind in the Curia or among Catholics at large.
If they said that Vatican Council II is not a break with the dogma EENS and Tradition since LG 16, LG 14, LG 8 etc refer to invisible cases and so there cannot be explicit exceptions to the dogma EENS, they would be in trouble. So they assume or just say that there are known exceptions to the dogma EENS i.e the baptism of desire etc.Fr.Z clarified this for the Establishment sometime back.He rejected the Feeneyite interpretation of EENS.For him there were known exceptions of the baptism of desire and being saved in invincible ignorance.
Now they are both interpreting Amoris Laetitia(AL).They say doctrine has not changed.AL indicates that a priest or lay man can judge exceptions to the moral law on adultery, concubinage and mortal sin.(AL 301) They can judge when a couple is not on the way to Hell even though they are living in concubinage and have been causing scandal.
Can we really know when someone living in adultery will not be going to Hell? Can we humans judge?
Do you know of any exception in 2016? Can you judge?
Cardinal Burke and Fr. Zuhlsdorf can judge, apparently.
What if they said that there are no known  exceptions to Catholic moral and salvation theology ? Would they be excommunicated ? Would they have their religious faculties removed? Would they be considered anti-Catholic by the present magisterium ?
They would be saying that Vatican Council II does not contradict the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus as it was known to the 16th century missionaries.
Last month Pope Benedict in an interview published in Avvenire said the dogma has been changed. Doctrine has been changed. EENS is not more like it was understood in the 16th century. Vatican Council II has caused a 'development'.
This is heresy. He is denying the centuries old interpretation of the dogma EENS, defined by three Church Councils and he is doing with the use of an irrational premise and inference.
He is not choosing the affirm the dogma EENS by avoiding the irrationality of known exceptions in the present times.
The present magisterium is heretical on faith and morals, because of allegedly known exceptions to traditional Catholic moral and faith theology ? AL reflects the break with traditional Catholic doctrine on morals.

This is an error from the pontificate of Pope Pius XII whom the SSPX respects. They do not call him a modernist pope.http://eucharistandmission.blogspot.it/2015/02/this-is-error-from-pontificate-of-pope.html

Society of St.Pius X (SSPX) still assumes on its USA website that the baptism of desire is an exception to the dogma

Fr.Marco Hausmann , Fr.P. Stefano Visintin OSB say there are no exceptions to the dogma, Cardinal Valliani's Vicariate says there are

If you consider the Holy Office or Fr.Leonard Feeney in heresy determines how you interpret Vatican Council II http://eucharistandmission.blogspot.it/2015/01/if-you-consider-holy-office-or.html

Fr.Frederico Lombardi does not address doctrinal questions on Franciscan Friars of the Immaculate http://eucharistandmission.blogspot.it/2014/07/frfrederico-lombardi-does-not-address.html#links

Understanding of Vatican Council II which is being forced upon the Fransciscans of the Immaculate is irrational

Fr.Marco Hausmann  in Rome says there are no exceptions while the Vicariate is teaching young lay Catholics that there are exceptions

Lay Catholics should contact the Auxiliary bishops of Rome : Vicariate teaches a falsehood

Priestly Fraternity of St.Peter (FSSP) has changed Church teachings on family catechesis, religious education, salvation, mortal sin, ecclesiology...

Rome Vicariate's Ecclesia Mater teaches lay Catholics theology with an irrational premise : Vatican Council II then becomes a break with traditional extra ecclesiam nulla salus
