Franciscans of the Immaculate hand over property

The Franciscans of the Immaculate have handed over property to the lay organisation approved by Fr. Stefano Manelli F.I.This was done some six months back.
According to a report on The Eponymous Flower 'the Supreme Court in Rome has confirmed that the founder of the Franciscan Friars of the Immaculate and the lay organizations related to the Order are guilty of doing nothing wrong. The confiscated real estate property must be returned to the lay organizations.'
The Franciscan Friars of the Immaculate parish of Santa Maria di Nzareth in Boccea, Rome  is under a bishop outside Rome. It also houses the new seminary of the Franciscans of the Immaculate, with a new church building.
The old church and part of the old seminary premises has been vacated. It has been handed over to the lay organisation administered by the lay relatives of Fr.Stefano Manelli F.I.
It is not known what the lay organisation will do with the vacant property. There was a private appeal for donations sometime back, for the Franciscan Friars of the Immaculate traditionalist group, who offer the Traditional Latin Mass. They are not supported financially by the Church.
The Franciscans of the Immaculate seminary and priests and friars who offer Mass in Italian have the financial support of Pope Francis.
The priests  and communities who offer only the Traditional Latin Mass need finanical help. It is not known if the lay organisation will use the property to assist them with their finances.
The property under the administration of the lay organisation in Boccea is vacant over the last few months. In this area, where I live, the Traditional Latin Mass is not available. There is no church to which I can go to for Mass in Latin. I would have to travel by bus to central Rome for the Traditional Latin Mass.
The Traditional Latin Mass which I would attend at the Church of the Annunziata, near the Vatican,  a few years back, has still been banned by Pope Francis.Mass in Italian is available there. The Mass is offered by a Franciscan of Immaculate priest.

NEW ECCLESIOLOGY WITH OLD MASS

The FSSP Priest Fr. Joseph Kramer offers the Traditional Latin Mass at the church Santissima Trinita dei Pellegrini, Rome. It is Mass in Latin but without the old ecclesiology. The FSSP priests accept the new ecclesiology based on the factual error in the Letter of the Holy Office 1949.
With an irrational premise and inference the FSSP priests interpret the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus, Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church. So the result is a break with Tradition and the ancient ecclesiology of the Mass.
Similarly at the chrch San Giuseppe a Capo le Case, Rome, Fr. Marco Hausmann offers the Traditional Latin Mass without affirming the strict interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus. He agrees that there are no known exceptions to the Feeneyite version of the dogma and that we cannot see or know any one in 2015 who is saved without the baptism of water. Yet he presents a confused posiition on ecclesiology and remains politically correct. For him the baptism of desire and blood and being saved in invincible ignorance refer to known exceptions to the Feeneyite interpretation of the dogma. This is the theology of Cushingism and it is approved by the contemporary Magisterium. It is a break with the pre-1949 Magisterium of the Catholic  Church.
The priests who are allowed to offer the Traiditional Latin Mass by the Vatican, are not  clearly saying that they affirm the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus and there are no known exceptions in 2015. Neither are the priests of the Franciscans of the Immaculate who offer Mass in Italian willing to affirm the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus or the old ecclesiology. The seminarians who study at the pontifical universities in Rome accept the theology of Cushingism.
They are not willing to say that all non Catholics, Jews, Muslims, Buddhists, Christian denominations, need to formally convert into the Catholic Church to go to Heaven and avoid Hell. This would be opposed, it seems, by Fr.Sabino Ardito SDM, the new Commisioner of the community, who has replaced the late Fr.Volpi ofm, cap.
Even the priests of the Franciscans of the Immaculate who offer only the Traditional Latin Mass are vague on this issue. Their ecclesiology is that of those of the Novus Ordo priests of their community, from whom they are separated. The division was brought in during the pontificate of Pope Francis.
