AVEPRO's activities are not regulated by Sapientia Christiana or rationality

According to the Apostolic Constituion Sapientia Christiana of Pope John  Paul II  on ecclesiastical universities and faculties
n. 2. Those who teach matters touching on faith and morals are to be conscious of their duty to carry out their work in full communion with the authentic Magisterium of the Church, above all, with that of the Roman Pontiff.
However the Magisterium has made a factual mistake and it has a bearing on proclaiming the Good News and evangelisation mentioned in Sapientia Christiana.
This is approved by the Holy See and AVEPRO.
The Holy See’s Agency for the Evaluation and Promotion of Quality in Ecclesiastical Universities and Faculties (AVEPRO), established by Pope  Benedict XVI (2007) adheres to the Bologna Process (which took place on 19 September 2003, during a meeting of the European Union Ministers of Education in Berlin) according to AVEPRO's website.
It states AVEPRO’s activities are regulated by the Apostolic Constitution Sapientia christiana (15 April 1979) and it conforms to the European Standards and Guidelines, as well as other international agreements concerning rules and procedures for the evaluation of quality in higher education.
AVEPRO's activities are not regulated by Sapientia christiana.
They are enforcing a Magisterial mistake, a heresy, to conform with the political Left's standards for Catholic doctrine and education in Pontifical Universities.
They have coordinated a factual error being taught in Ecclesiology in all the pontifical universities in Rome. The professors are obligated to teach this error to receive the mandatum, otherwise their canonical status as teachers of theology would be revoked. This is being maintained by AVEPRO.
