I can see the trees outside my room but I cannot see  people in Heaven.
I can see the cupboard in my room  but I cannot see people in Heaven saved in invincible ignorance, the baptism of desire or seeds of the Word. I cannot see any one in my room saved in imperfect communion with the Church or that ray of Truth which enlightens all men...
I can see what is concrete  but I cannot physically see what is abstract, I can see what is visible to the naked eye but I cannot see what is invisible.
I know the New Theology is abstract and it is  based on us being able to see the invisible.So change the concept and the theology changes.We are back to the old traditional way of looking.

 So now we come to the experiment. Make one small change in your concept and watch how the teachings of the Catholic Church change before you.

Education:
The Church teaches it is said  that being saved in invincible ignorance(I.I) and the baptism of desire (BOD)  are visible for us in 2015 so every one does not need to convert into the Church.
Change the concept: BOD and I.I are not visible to us.
Conclusion: There are no exceptions visible to us to the rigorist interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS).
This can be taught today in Catholic Religious Education.It is rational.

Salvation:
 The Church teaches that being saved in I.I and BOD are visible to us in 2015 it is said so every one does not need to convert into the Church as Fr. Leonard Feeney believed.
Concept-change: There are no known cases of BOD and I.I in 2015 , if they they existed they would not be visible for us.
Conclusion: There are no exceptions, visible to us, to the rigorist interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS).
This is the the Catholic teaching on salvation even after Vatican Council II.

Ecclesiology:
The Church now teaches there is salvation outside the Church  and every one does not need to be a card carrying member of the Church to go to Heaven it is claimed.
Concept-change: There is no visible case in 2015  of someone saved outside the Church i.e without 'faith and baptism'(AG 7).
Conclusion: There are no exceptions visible to us to the rigorist interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS).
So there is no change in the old ecclesiology.We cannot have a new ecclesiology based on an irrationality. It cannot be based on seeing invisible cases on earth.

Have you noticed the difference ? Something which is commonly considered visible and explicit in 2015 is now seen as invisible and unknown to us. This is reality.I can see the cupboard in my room, I can open it. I cannot see people dead. I cannot talk to people in Heaven.
So in principle no Church document should make this claim. Since it would be irrational .It would be saying the dead are visible .
Let us continue with the experiment.

Mission:
 Every one does not need to enter the Church it is said. We do not have to proclaim the dogma outside the Church there is no salvation, as the saints and popes did.
Concept-change : In 2015 I do not know of any one saved outside the Church. Such a persn is not known or visible to me.
Conclusion: There are no exceptions visible to us to the rigorist interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS).So there is no change in the traditional doctrine and proclamation in Catholic Mission.

 Inter-religious Dialogue.
A non Catholic could be saved in his religion, so there is no more exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church. The church was worng before the 1940's.
Concept-change: I do not know of anyone by name in 2015  saved in his religion  and without Catholuc Faith and the baptism of water. There are no explicit caes. There are bvisble cases. If it happens it would be known only to God.
Conclusion: There are no exceptions visible to us to the rigorist interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS).So there is no change in the traditional doctrine on other religions not being paths to salvation and their members all need to convert into the Catholic Church for salvation.

Ecumenism :
 Vatican Council II (UR3) says a  Christian can be saved outside the Church in his religion. So he does not need to convert.

Concept-change: There is no visible case of a Christian saved in his religion in 2015. This is not humanly possible for us to know.
Conclusion:There are no exceptions visible to us to the rigorist interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS).So there cannot be an exception to an ecumensm of return.

Nicene Creed
The Nicene Creed says I believe inone baptism for the forgiveness of sins . It is the baptism lf water. Now we know we have three or more baptisms  i.e baptism of desire, blood etc.
Concept-change: The baptism of water is visible for me.I cannot physically see someone receiving the baptism of desire or blood. This would be known only to God.They could also be followed by the baptism of water in a manner known to God.
Conclusion:There are no exceptions visible to us to the rigorist interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS).So there cannot be an exception to the Nicene Creed teaching on one baptism, the baptism of water.
We cannot say that the other 'baptisms' are part of the baptism of water since we do not and cannot know of any of the other 'baptisms'. They do not exist in our reality.We cannot see or know them.

Liturgy:
The ecclesiology of the Mass is not more exclusivist as the Traditional Latin Mass of the Middle Ages.
Concept-change: There can be no visible exception to the dogma EENS. So ecclesiology has not chnaged in the Church.At the TLM or the Novus Ordo Mass the ecclesiology is still exclusivist. So whatever be the liturgy or the Rite, I attend Mass knowing  I cannot see any exceptions to all needing to card carrying members of the Church, all needing to be formal members of the Church for salvation.
Conclusion:There are no exceptions visible to us to the rigorist interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS).So there cannot be an exception to the old ecclesiology at the Traditional Latin Mass or the Novus Ordo Mass.

Franciscan Friars of the Immaculate
 They cannot offer the Traditional Latin Mass  since they hold the old ecclesiology made outdated, allegedly by Vatican Council II.

Concept-change: There are no visible exceptions to the old ecclesiology.Then there are no visible cases of persons  saved outside the Church. LG 16, LG 8, UR 3, NA 2 etc refer to invisible cases.So they cannot be an exception to the old ecclesiology.The Franciscan Friars of the Immaculate can offer the Traditional Latin Mass  or the Novus Ordo Mass  with the old ecclesiology.

Conclusion:There are no exceptions visible to us to the rigorist interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS).So there cannot be an exception to the old ecclesiology at any Mass.Ecclesiology does not depend on the liturgy or Mass.

Catechism of the Catholic Church
CCC 1257. The Necessity of  Baptism
It says all need the baptism of water for salvation but God is not limited to the Sacraments.

Concept-change: I do not know of any case in 2015 in which God has chosen not to limit salvation to the Sacraments . So every one living needs the Sacrament of Baptism  for salvation.
Conclusion:There are no exceptions visible to us to the rigorist interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS).So CCC 1257 does not contradict itself.Theoretical, speculative cases cannot be defacto, objective exceptions to all needing the baptism of water for salvation.

It says all who are saved are saved through Jesus and the Church.

Concept-change: If any one is not saved through being a formal member of the Church I would not know of him or her.They would be invisible for me.

Extra Ecclesiam Nulla Salus
The dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) defined by three Church Councils was exclusivist  and 'rigorist'. It is often said that the Church no more holds the Fr.Leonard Feeney position.

Concept-change: There are no explicit cases in 2015 of someone saved with the baptism of desire and baptism of blood and without the baptism of water. There are no visible exceptions to Fr.Leonard Feeney's concept of the dogma. I can see the trees outside the window of my room and I cannot see any exception to the dogma EENS since the 'exceptions' if they existed  would be abstract for me.We have to distingguish between what is explicit and implicit.
Conclusion:There are no exceptions visible to us to the rigorist interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS).There are no exceptions to  the traditional interpretation of the dogma .

Have you noticed that with a small change of concept  Church doctrine and theology becomes traditional and exclusivist. Vatican Council II, ecumenism, mission, inter religious dialogue become exclusivist, 'rigorist' and rational.
Catholic religious education is no more liberal, the Nicene Creed is not changed,the dogma on salvation is not rejected when we are careful not consider invisible concepts as being physically visible. 
Whatever is the liturgy, the theology is Feeneyism. Since there cannot be any exception known to the 'rigorist interpretation' of the dogma This was the mistake made by Cardinal Francesco Marchetti Selvaggiani and Richard Cushing in 1949. The Holy Office made a mistake. Pope Pius XII assumed invisible  cases (BOD/BOB)were visible.
It is too late for him to correct the mistake which he overlooked but we can make the change.Change your concept and the Church changes.-Lionel Andrades
