Tonight pilgrims from all over the world will start arriving at  Medugorje for the anniversary celebrations. I was fortunate to be there once also, during the feast of St.John the Baptist.

Cardinal Napier agrees with me

Cardinal Wilfrid Napier agrees with me when he accepts that the Catholic Church teaches in Vatican Council II that all Jews in the USA are oriented to the fires of Hell, when they die without 'faith and baptism'(AG 7) and we do not know any exception today, this month or this year.
He agrees that according to Vatican Council II all Muslims are also on the way to Hell without Catholic Faith and the baptism of water.Mohammad did not have faith and baptism at that time of death. He knew about Jesus and the Church.
He also agrees with me in accepting the Catechism of the Catholic Church 1257 which says all need the baptism of water for eternal beatitude and the Church does not know of any other means to go to Heaven. There are no known exceptions to CCC 1257 today for him and for me.
The Bible says all need the baptism of water for salvation (John 3:5) and that he who does not believe in Jesus in the Catholic Church, will be condemned(Mk.16:16).We both agree here and do not know any exception today.
We personally do not know any one saved outside the Church today i.e without faith and baptism. We do not know any one today who is saved with the baptism of desire or in invincible, and with the baptism of water.
Neither do we know ,if it was possible, any one saved today outside the Church, with the baptism of desire or in invincible ignorance and without the baptism of water.
So LG 16, LG 8, NA 2, UR 3, AG 11( seeds of the Word) etc would refer to salvation within the Church and with the baptism of water.Since the ordinary means of salvation is Catholic Faith with the baptism of water. If there were exceptions, as it is often alleged by people, we would not know of any exception today. This would only be known to God.
So LG 16, LG 8, UR 3, NA 2 etc do not contradict the strict, traditional interpretation of extra ecclesiam nulla salus.
Neither do they contradict the Catechism of the Catholic Church 1257 which says all need the baptism of water. We do not know any one today who will be saved without the baptism of water even though ' God is not limited to the Sacraments'(CCC 1257).
