"I want you to continue to implement the liturgical reform of the Second Vatican Council," he said, "and I want you to continue the good work in the liturgy begun by Pope Benedict XVI."
Pope Francis wants Cardinal Robert Sarah to continue to promote Holy Mass in which all priests, bishops and cardinals , interpret Vatican Council II without the theology and doctrine, of traditional Feeneyism but with irrational and heretical Cushingism.
They are allowed to offer Holy Mass in the differenct rites, as long as they reject the rigorist interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam null salus. They have to allege that there are known exceptions to the dogma in the present times. So Vatican Council II becomes a break with trdaitional ecclesiology. The new ecclesiology, with the visible-dead premise, is non traditional and heretical. It is politically correct with Cardinal Robert Sarah and Pope Francis.
2. Because the Sacred Liturgy is truly the font from which all the Church's power flows, as the Second Vatican Council insists (cf. Sacrosanctum Concilium, 10), we must do everything we can to put the Sacred Liturgy back at the very heart of the relationship between God and man, recognising the primacy of Almighty God in this privileged and unique forum in which we, individually and ecclesially, encounter God at work in our world. One cannot encounter God, my brothers and sisters, without trembling, without awe, without profound respect and holy fear. This is why we must rank what Cardinal Ratzinger called "the right way of celebrating the Liturgy, inwardly and outwardly" first amongst our concerns (Joseph Cardinal Ratzinger, The Spirit of the Liturgy, Ignatius Press, San Francisco 2000, p. 9).

For Cardinal Ratzinger one did not encounter God only in the Catholic Church . Also there was salvation for him not only in the Catholic Church. For him there was salvation outside the Church. He rejected the Feeneyite version of salvation and accepted the Cushingite model. This was his understanding of doctrine and theology at Holy Mass.
It was a major break with the liturgy over the centuries which affirmed the rigorist interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus.
work towards achieving the liturgical aims of the Second Vatican Council (cf. Sacrosanctum Concilium, I) and to work to continue the liturgical renewal promoted by Pope Benedict XVI, especially through the Post-Synodal Apostolic Exhortation Sacramentum Caritatis of 22 February 2007 and the Motu Proprio Summorum Pontificum of 7 July 2007.My friends, I want you to help me in this task. I ask you to continue to work towards achieving the liturgical aims of the Second Vatican Council (cf. Sacrosanctum Concilium, I) and to work to continue the liturgical renewal promoted by Pope Benedict XVI, especially through the Post-Synodal Apostolic Exhortation Sacramentum Caritatis of 22 February 2007 and the Motu Proprio Summorum Pontificum of 7 July 2007. I ask you to be wise, like the householder in St Matthew's Gospel, who knows when to bring out of his treasure things both new and old (cf. Mtt: 13: 52), so that the Sacred Liturgy as it is celebrated and lived today may lose nothing of the estimable riches of the Church's liturgical tradition, whilst always being open to legitimate development (cf. Sacrosanctum Concilium, 23).
It means offering Holy Mass in which A being saved in invincible ignorance (LG 16), imperfect communion with the Church (UR 3), seeds of the Word (AG 11) refer to salvation without the baptism of water. Salvation outside the Church. Salvation visible in the flesh. So these cases are EXCEPTIONS to B the rigorist intepretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus, the Feeneyite version, that of the popes, Church Councils and saints.
For Pope Benedict A contradicted B.
Those who say A does not contradict B are not allowed to offer the Traditional Latin Mass. Since it means they support the Feeneyism.
It means there is nothing in Vatican Council II to contradict B, the rigorist interpretation of the dogma. This is not the understanding of Vatican Council II promoted by Pope Benedict , Pope Francis and the political Left.It is a Vatican Council II with the hermenutic of rupture, it is a break with the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus.
So liturgy has been made subservient to political necessity.
the estimable riches of the Church's liturgical tradition,
When the Church always assumed that A was not in conflict with B. A did not contradict B.
whilst always being open to legitimate development (cf. Sacrosanctum Concilium, 23).
In the development, with appartion theology and the irrational premise and inference, A is in conflict with B, A contradicts B. There is a hermeneutic of rupture in Vatican Council II. It is non traditional. This heretical theology and doctrine ,this development, is necessary today to offer Holy Mass.It is a requirement for all priests, bishops, cardinals and popes.
If you speak to Cardinal Robert Sarah he will say that he rejects Feeneyism. So he interprets Vatican Council II with irrational Cushingism http://eucharistandmission.blogspot.it/2015/06/if-you-speak-to-cardinal-robert-sarah.html
