(English translation) Lionel : I am quoting Vatican Council II (AG 7), the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus ( Cantate Dominio, Council of Florence 1441 etc). They indicate that every one needs to formally enter the Church for salvation ( to avoid Hell).
___________________________

( Lionel: In individual cases it is only God who will judge. In general however everyone needs 'faith and baptism' (AG 7) to avoid the 'fires of Hell' (Cantate Dominio, Council of Florence). This includes other Chrstians.Since they do not have Catholic Faith.)
___________________________
(Lionel:Yes we must follow our conscience according to the teachings of the Catholic Church. Pagans  for example, who do not have an informed conscience are on the way to Hell.)
________________________________

(Lionel:
Yes.
For non Catholics it also means entering the Catholic Church and remaining in it.)
_____________________________

Come potrà Dio distruggere i suoi amati templi?
Lionel:
My inferno esiste.
Lionel:
Yes we are the temple of God, the temple of the Holy Spirit but Hell exists. God has sent the angels who rebelled, to Hell.

(Lionel:
Yes Jesus wants all to  be saved. To receive this salvation all need to enter the Catholic Church. (Dominus Iesus 20 of Pope John Paul II).

(Lionel:
Yes  but  Vatican Council II and the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus indicate that the majority of people on the planet, die without Catholic Faith.)

Pope Francis declares a non-Catholic “Doctor of the Universal Church”

Gregory of Narek

Yesterday, on February 23, it was reported that Pope Francis formally declared Gregory of Narek to be a Doctor of the Universal Church. Gregory of Narek was an Armenian priest, monk, and poet who is greatly revered by Armenians but virtually unknown otherwise. So far as I can tell, he is the first and only non-Catholic among only 36 doctors of the Church. He lived and died in the bosom of a schismatic jurisdiction, and he was most likely an adherent of the Miaphysite heresy. Traditionally, a Doctor of the Church is chosen only among recognized Catholic saints.
Is this a problem? Well, the words of the Catholic Encyclopedia are somewhat consoling:
“It is not in any way an ‘ex cathedra’ decision, nor does it even amount to a declaration that no error is to be found in the teaching of the Doctor. It is, indeed, well known that the very greatest of them are not wholly immune from error.”
And yet, and yet …. this is setting a potentially disastrous precedent. Gregory of Narek may have been a man of extraordinary sanctity; he may have been a great teacher; and it may be a laudable thing that his works become known to the larger Christian world outside of the Armenian community. But if a man is declared a “Doctor of the Universal Church”, the faithful have the right to assume that he is, at the very least, a Catholic. Furthermore, as Ann Barnhardt drives home, granting this title to a non-Catholic Armenian priest sends an unmistakable message to all the faithful: heresies that amount to attacks on the First Commandment are no big deal; heresy itself is no big deal; and schism is no big deal.
At this point in this sorry pontificate, given what we know about Pope Francis and his many expressions of religious indifferentism, it is safe to assume that he has an ulterior motive. Bypassing what must be dozens if not hundreds of qualified orthodox Catholics (Dom Prosper Gueranger is already de facto a doctor of this stature), Pope Francis instead chose an obscure mystic who died in schism and presumably held to the heresy of his co-religionists at the time. Why this choice? Let me make a little prediction: By this act, Pope Francis is preparing the faithful for the canonization of the first non-Catholic “Catholic” “saint”. Anyone care to guess who that might be?

A number of churches throughout Rome will remain open for 24 hours, with confessors available as well as Eucharistic adoration.
The Pontifical Council for the Promotion of the New Evangelization, which is organizing the initiative, has invited dioceses, parishes and communities around the world to adapt the initiative to their local situations and needs. It has produced a poster to help with the event, as well as a pastoral booklet in Italian, English, Spanish, French and Polish.

Our Lady warned us.....

"Masonry, which will then be in power, will enact iniquitous laws with the objective of doing away with this Sacrament, making it easy for everyone to live in sin. The Christian spirit will rapidly decay, extinguishing the precious light of Faith until it reaches the point that there will be an almost total and general corruption of customs. In these unhappy times, there will be unbridled luxury that would conquer innumerable frivolous souls who will be lost. Innocence will almost no longer be found in children, nor modesty in women. In this supreme moment of need of the Church, those who should speak will fall silent.”

Words from Our Lady of Quito to Mother Mariana

Instead of wasting time and energy raging about the 50 Shades of Gray movie which is number one in both the US and internationally, how about reflecting on what to Our Lady who told us long ago. And if you were disturbed by the book and movie check your daughter's room to see if she has a copy of the Twilight Trilogy. It's just as toxic in it's way and 50 Shades was written as sort of a fan fiction tribute that to Edward and Bella's saga.

The First Commandment is FIRST for a Reason - Ann Barnhardt

The First Commandment is FIRST for a Reason

Look, we all know that Pope Francis and his toadies are nefarious characters by now. I will have more to say about their efforts to schism and destroy as much of the Church Militant as possible using the Sixth Commandment as their primary locus of attack. HOWEVER, something happened yesterday that is far more subtle, but perhaps more intensely nefarious. Pope Francis Bergoglio announced that an Armenian theologian from the Tenth Century, Gregory of Narek, is going to be named a Doctor of the Universal Church.
Yawn. Snooze. So what? Booooooring. Whatever.
Not so fast.
Gregory of Narek, while certainly a very holy man, was outside of communion with Rome, and also was a heretic, namely a Miaphysitite.
Yawn. Snooze. So what? Booooooring. Technical. Whatever.
No, not whatever. Miaphysitism holds that Christ has only one nature, which contains both a divine “character” and a human “character”. Miaphysitism is the heresy held by what are referred to today as the “Oriental Orthodox” churches, which includes among others the Armenians and also the Copts in Egypt.
This is wrong. Christ is One Person with two natures: divine and human. Jesus Christ is FULLY GOD and FULLY MAN. This truth, given to the Church by the Holy Spirit at the Council of Chalcedon in ARSH 451, is technically referred to by Christological theologians as Dyophysitism. Recalling the post earlier this month about Extra Ecclesiam Nulla Salus, and logic, we must remind ourselves, as products of a diabolic system of post-Christian contra-education, that two contradictory premises cannot both be true. Period. And if we do in fact believe in the One, Holy, Catholic and Apostolic Church, then we KNOW and CANNOT DOUBT what the truth is in this case. The Church teaches infallibly that Dyophysitism is TRUE and everything else, including Miaphysitism is false, and thus heretical. Period. Full stop. End of story.
Now here is the point, which is nuanced, especially to the post-modern, post-Christian mind of western man, so stay with me.
While there have been and are holy people in these “Oriental Orthodox” churches, and let us certainly put at the head of that list for purposes of this explanation both Gregory of Narek AND the 21 Coptic martyrs who died on the Libyan beach just last week with the Most Holy Name of Jesus on their lips, we cannot permit sentimentality to subvert truth. As Dr. John Senior put it so eloquently and prophetically in his ARSH 1978 masterwork “The Death of Christian Culture”:
Sentimentalism is not just a weakness, and is certainly not a virtue – it is confused with mercy – but a crime; and vicious sentimentalism is ordinary sentimentality raised up in place of principle. It is, as I said, poisoning the wells.
It is not this law or this or that case, but law itself, justice itself that has been challenged, and it is only at the level of first principles that a proper defense can be made. The crisis in law and order today is not a legal one. It is a disaster at the level of first principles. Not just the courts, but our whole civilization sickens as it spreads.
Sentimentalism, as the constitutive parts of the word imply, is the subjugation of the “mental” to the “sentient”. It is an attempt to found a philosophy on feeling.
As a friend said to me a while ago, and it struck me particularly hard and has remained in the forefront of my mind ever since, “The First Commandment is FIRST, and the Sixth Commandment is SIXTH for a reason. It is a far more serious and grave thing to be wrong, or to teach error, about WHO GOD IS than it is to fornicate.”
I was very grateful for this bit of wisdom, because it is so easy to get tunnel vision and start to become totally fixated on the Sixth Commandment to the exclusion of everything else. And this, I think, just may be what satan is trying to prey upon. Gregory of Narek was wrong about the Nature of Christ. He was wrong about WHO GOD IS. To call Gregory of Narek a “Doctor of the Universal Church” – a monumentally high standard – is an incredibly subtle, backhanded way of saying that it is okay TO BE WRONG ABOUT WHO GOD IS. That is to say, it is okay to break the First Commandment, that it doesn’t really matter WHO GOD IS, and that the efforts and labor of the Church, espoused to and protected by the Holy Spirit, to bring forth the infallible truth, taught infallibly by the Magisterium for over 1500 years about WHO GOD IS, is either
A.) not important,
B.) in error, or
C.) CHANGEABLE –
because it has to be one of those three. Sound familiar? This is exactly what it seems Francis and his cabal are trying to do with the Sixth Commandment. And the First Commandment is, at its core, more important than the Sixth. Therefore, in the big picture, this putative naming of Gregory of Narek as a Doctor of the Church, is actually worse.
Sadly, the excellent blog Rorate Caeli has printed a piece on this matter that seems to ratify the action, and justifies it by making the wholly erroneous claim that “one cannot always speak straightforwardly of ‘schism’ and ‘heresy’ when dealing with the theological and ecclesiastical divisions of Christendom in that era.”
Oh yes. Yes we can. The Council of Chalcedon in ARSH 451 laid down the Church’s infallible teaching on this point, and appealing to mere political machinations as some sort of dispensation or justification for heresy is EXACTLY the sort of worldliness that the Enemy is so delighted to see come spewing from the Vatican, and especially from Pope Francis Bergoglio today.
To end on a positive note, here is a photoshopped version of the icon of Christ Pantocrator – the best icon ever – which I posted immediately below in the “Starting Tuesday Off Right: First Commandment Edition”. The Cristos Pantocrator icon conveys the truth of Dyophysitism (Our Lord is One Person with two natures – divine and human). Look at the two sides of His face. They are quite different. Entire volumes could be written about this image, but for the purposes of this essay, let us just say that this icon communicates the two distinct natures of Christ, divine and human, dwelling in the One Person of Christ.
Composite_christ_pantocrator
The Confession of Chalcedon:
We, then, following the holy Fathers, all with one consent, teach people to confess one and the same Son, our Lord Jesus Christ, the same perfect in Godhead and also perfect in manhood; truly God and truly man, of a reasonable [rational] soul and body; consubstantial [co-essential] with the Father according to the Godhead, and consubstantial with us according to the Manhood; in all things like unto us, without sin; begotten before all ages of the Father according to the Godhead, and in these latter days, for us and for our salvation, born of the Virgin Mary, the Mother of God, according to the Manhood; one and the same Christ, Son, Lord, only begotten, to be acknowledged in two natures, inconfusedly, unchangeably, indivisibly, inseparably; (ἐν δύο φύσεσιν ἀσυγχύτως, ἀτρέπτως, ἀδιαιρέτως, ἀχωρίστως – in duabus naturis inconfuse, immutabiliter, indivise, inseparabiliter) the distinction of natures being by no means taken away by the union, but rather the property of each nature being preserved, and concurring in one Person (prosopon) and one Subsistence (hypostasis), not parted or divided into two persons, but one and the same Son, and only begotten God (μονογενῆ Θεόν), the Word, the Lord Jesus Christ; as the prophets from the beginning [have declared] concerning Him, and the Lord Jesus Christ Himself has taught us, and the Creed of the holy Fathers has handed down to us.

November 25th 2014

“Dear children! In a special way, today I am calling you to prayer. Pray, little children, so that you may comprehend who you are and where you need to go. Be carriers of the good news and be people of hope. Be love for all those who are without love. Little children, you will be everything and will achieve everything only if you pray and are open to God’s will – to God who desires to lead you towards eternal life. I am with you and intercede for you from day to day before my Son Jesus. Thank you for having responded to my call.”

2014

"Dear children, I am with you with the blessing of my Son, with you who love me and who strive to follow me. I also desire to be with you who do not accept me. To all of you I am opening my heart full of love and I am blessing you with my motherly hands. I am a mother who understands you. I lived your life and lived through your sufferings and joys. You who are living the pain understand my pain and suffering because of those of my children who do not permit the light of my Son to illuminate them; those of my children who are living in darkness. This is why I need you - you who have been illuminated by the light and have comprehended the 2nd truth. I am calling you to adore my Son so that your soul may grow and reach true spirituality. My apostles, it is then that you will be able to help me. To help me means to pray for those who have not come to know the love of my Son. In praying for them you are showing to my Son that you love Him and follow Him. My Son promised me that evil will never win, because you, the souls of the just, are here; you who strive to say your prayers with the heart; you who offer your pain and suffering to my Son; you who comprehend that life is only a blink; you who yearn for the Kingdom of Heaven. All of this makes you my apostles and leads you towards the victory November of my heart. Therefore, my children, purify your hearts and adore my Son. Thank you."

Exorcist talks about Satan’s ‘special hatred’ for women

iannuzzi1 web
Exorcist Fr. Joseph Iannuzi talked about how real the devil is and how he especially preys on women.
QUEZON City, June 13, 2013—There really is something about Mary – and all other women – and the devil does not like it.
“I am quite familiar with Satan’s hatred toward Mary and therefore, toward women in general on account of Mary,” said Fr. Joseph Iannuzzi, a Rome-based theologian and exorcist who has assisted the legendary Fr. Gabriel Amorth, former chief exorcist of Rome.
More possessed women than men
Fr. Iannuzzi explained how Satan is humiliated by the Blessed Virgin because she – someone so humble and pure — is the one assigned by God to defeat him.
Quoting Fr. Amorth, he said, women are more “easily exposed to the danger of the devil” and that statistics show, more women are possessed by evil spirits than men.
Fr. Iannuzzi testified to personally encountering numerous cases where women were forced to prostitute themselves because of demonic possession.
He said, the devil particularly likes preying on women who are “young and pleasing in appearance.”
Women’s rights, abortion
Other seemingly progressive developments like supposed women’s rights seem to trace their roots to something hardly human.
Since it is the devil’s plan to “ape God, to mock God,” according to Fr. Iannuzzi, he also “employs the woman in the destruction, the breakdown of the family nucleus.”
According to Filipinos for Life president AJ Perez, abortion, for example, is the antithesis of the Eucharist.
“In the Eucharist, God said, ‘This is my body, which will be given up for the salvation of all.’ In abortion, it’s opposite. The woman says, ‘This is my body, I alone have the right to it, I will not make that sacrifice, therefore someone has to die,” Perez explained.
While explaining that he is not putting the blame fair and square on women because of some intrinsic flaw, Fr. Iannuzzi said, these findings point to a diabolical loathing by substitution.
Cause of Satan’s fury
“[Satan] is like a mad man. He can’t get to Mary; she’s confirmed in grace, she defeated him. So he looks for other women,” said the priest, who was talking to more than a thousand at the Marian auditorium in Miriam College last Saturday.
Fr. Iannuzzi described demonic possessions of women as Satan “avenging himself” because of Mary’s role as described in the Protoevangelium or the first announcement of the Gospel.
He cited Genesis 3:15, “I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your offspring and hers; They will strike at your head, while you strike at their heel” (Genesis 3:15) and how it foretells the manner of evil’s defeat.
Apparently, Satan cannot help but be envious of Mary’s “efficacious power that exceeds that of all other creatures.”
At odds with the devil’s attributes, the Blessed Virgin Mary is powerful because she is “totally abandoned to the will of God,” according to Fr. Iannuzzi. [Nirva’ana Ella Delacruz]

8 Quick Tips for Getting More Out of Mass

On the Road to Emmaus
http://youtu.be/OfLFH7JuQYo

Many people go to Mass with the expectation that they are supposed to “get” a lot out of it. But, what you get out of Mass is dependent on what kind of changes you are willing to make in your efforts before, during and after Mass, because what you put into Mass determines what you get out of it.

Let me give you pointers which have helped me get more out of the Mass.

Eight Quick Tips For Getting More Out of Mass

1. Properly prepare for Mass.

• Read and study the readings before you go to Mass, and then listen to them intently while The Word is proclaimed. You can find the
Sunday readings here.

• Study the Church’s teachings. The more you know about Jesus and His Church, the more there is to love. – You can’t love what you don’t know.

• Go to Confession regularly. This will help prepare you spiritually.

• Pray daily. Without prayer you have no spiritual power!

• Dress appropriately. You are going to meet the King of Kings. Don’t dress the same as you would for a lunch date, a party, or class. Make it special.

• Get there early and sit up front. Less distractions and more time for prayer before Mass.

• Once inside, don’t talk or people-watch…pray.

2. Make sure your attitude is adjusted properly

• Don’t expect to be entertained. You are there to offer God worship and receive grace. It isn’t about being ‘engaged’.

• Look for God in every part of the Mass.

• Don’t let outside distractions disturb your internal peace.

•Find one nugget in the preaching to take home with you.

3. Participate fully

• Sing, even if your voice is bad.

• Respond and pray with gusto. Give it all to God and don’t worry about others.

• Remember that during Mass isn’t socializing time.

• Offer your pain, sufferings, joys and prayers to God.

4. Listen to the Word and be open to it changing you

• Are you open to letting God change you? If not, then you won’t be changed.

• Listen to the Word proclaimed and let it challenge you.

• Find something in the Homily and apply it for the week.

5. Know, understand, and proclaim your Faith

• Don’t just recite the Creed – proclaim it like you mean it and understand what you are proclaiming.

6. Tithe If every Catholic tithed…think what we could accomplish in spreading the Gospel.

• Yes, it is our duty to support the Church. But, it does more for our own faith than it does for the Church.

• Most people “tip” not “tithe” – so be a tither, not a tipper.

• Tithing helps us properly order the gifts God has given us.

7. When you receive Jesus in the Eucharist – understand what it is you are doing

• You are taking the Body, blood, soul, and divinity of GOD into you

• You are joining in heaven on earth

• You are becoming one with The Body of Christ

• Be reverent

• Realize that He is in everyone else that received Him as well.

8. Tell other people about Him

• You are now empowered to evangelize (share the Good News of Christ) – which is what the Church exists for.
