The Rorate Caeili/Federation International Una Voce  statement is heretical for what it does not say : there is exclusive salvation in only the Catholic Church.
 Omitting to affirm the Faith in this context is a denial of the Faith.
The statements ignores Church documents  :-
1) The dogma extra ecclesiam nula salus defined by three Church Councils and which Pope Pius XII in the Letter of the Holy Office  called an 'infallible teaching' is put aside. The next of the dogma does not mention the baptism of desire and blood or any exceptions.Cantate Domino, Council of Florence specifically says all Jews need to convert into the Catholic Church to avoid the fires of Hell.
2) The FIUV statement does not consider Vatican Council II (AG 7, LG 14) which says 'all' need 'faith and baptism' for salvation.This obviously includes the Jews.It is referring to salvation in the Catholic Church. LG 16, LG 8, UR 3, NA 2 being hypothetical and invisible for us do not contradict AG 7, LG 14 and the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus.
3) The dogma on the infallibility of the pope ex cathedra is also rejected. Since there is a rejection of the dogma on exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church,The dogma  was defined by the pope,cardinals and bishops at Church Councils.
4) The Catechism of the Catholic Church 1257 and 846 are put aside .They state all need the baptism of water for salvation (1257) and all need faith and baptism for salvation(846).
Instead the FIUV position is that of the liberals.It is politically correct with the Left.We have a case of traditionalists, for whatever reason, supporting the liberals.
It is a rejection of the traditional ecclesiology of the  Traditional Latin Mass and the Novus Ordo Mass.
It is using Cushingism as a theology and rejecting Feeneyism.
 It is supporting the contemporary Magisterium and rejecting the pre- Council of Trent Magisterium.
 The Rorate Caeili/FIUV position is a break  with the saints and popes of the past, on there being exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church.
They are denying the Nicene Creed  and the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus and this is a first class heresy in the hierarchy of truths of Pope John Paul II.
It is an impediment to receiving the Eucharist at Holy Mass for a lay person and an impediment to offering Holy Mass for a priest.
The FIUV must retract it's statement and affirm exclusive salvation in the Church.Even after being informed on his blog LMS Chairman Joseph Shaw  has issued this controversial political statement in the name of the new President of the FIUV.He has ended all communication. There is no clarification, contradiction or apology.
Joseph Shaw's entire theology, Cushingism, is based on a lie.

Joseph Shaw could discuss the theological difference between Cushingism and Feeneyism and its effect on the liturgy

The issue of Cushingism as a theology, which is irrational, popular, heretical, based on a fantasy-but magisterial needs to be discussed by the Latin Mass Society
