According to Vatican Council II (AG 7, LG 14) Mohammad was not saved. He did not have 'faith and baptism' at the time of death. 'All' need faith and baptism (AG 7) for salvation.
Those who wrongly say that every one does not need to enter the Church but only those who 'know' must also note that the Koran shows that Mohammad knew about Jesus and the Church and yet he did not enter.
