CMTV, Ryan Fitzgerald do not respond : is LG 16 an exception to EENS ?

As expected neither Michael Voris or  Ryan Fitzgerald or any one else at Church Militant TV (CMTV) will not answer if Lumen Gentium 16 is an exception to extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS).Of course they know the answer but they are not going to say it in public.
All CMTV's videos against the SSPX, it seems to me, have as their aim, to make the SSPX accept a Vatican Council II in which LG 16 is an exception to EENS.
For Michael Voris every one does not need to be a card carrying member of the Church. So he means LG 16 is an exception to all needing to be formal members of the Catholic Church.
Since LG 16 is an exception to all needing to be card carrying members; all needing to be formal members with 'faith and baptism',CMTV implies that these cases, are known in the present times. They would have to be known to be exceptions  i.e there are visible cases in Detroit or elsewhere, saved in invincible ignorance of the Gospel through no fault of their own(LG 16) and without the baptism of water. They will be saved without 'faith and baptism'.
So for CMTV and the contemporary Magisterium LG 16 is an exception to EENS.
This is irrational, fantasy theology and heretical. It contradicts EENS and the Nicene Creed- but it is magisterial. It is magisterial heresy that CMTV has to accept to avoid being slapped with a 'bad excommunication' card, like the one given to Fr. Leonard Feeney and Archbishop Lefebvre.
Leftist forces are probably putting pressure on the CMTV to get the SSPX to accept Vatican Council II with this heresy, just as the FSSP did.CMTV is also not to discuss Vatican Council II in which LG 16 refers to implicit, invisible for us cases which are only known to God.So LG 16 would then not be an exception to EENS.
So Michael Voris does not ask the SSPX to enter the Church accepting LG 16 as being implicit and hypothetical and followed by the baptism of water.

Michael Voris has compromised and wants the SSPX to do the same

Michael Voris does not say Cardinal Ratzinger was in heresy and schism at the time of the excommunication of Archbishop Lefebvre
