Until Fr.Ardito resolves this explicit-implicit confusion, which is the basis of the new ecclesiology, the FFI priests , can ask to offer only the TLM with the old ecclesiology

The Salesian Commissar of the  Franciscans of the Immaculate and his canonist- assistant priests  may want the priests of the Franciscan Friars of the Immaculate (FFI) who offer the Traditional Latin Mass , to also offer the Novus Ordo Mass. Some or many of them may not want to do so.Though in the past they would also offer the Novus Ordo Mass.

If the Commissar Fr.Sabino Ardito insists that the FFI priests also offer the Novus Ordo Mass or only the Novus Ordo Mass, then they could also do so but with the old ecclesiology. Always only with the old ecclesiology.

Offer the Novus Ordo Mass and affirm the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus(EENS) in agreement with Vatican Council II (AG 7, LG 14).  Proclaim that outside the Catholic Church there is no known salvation and all need to enter the Church with 'faith and baptism'(AG 7,LG 14) in 2015 to go to Heaven and avoid Hell.

Affirm an ecumenism of return , by citing Ad Gentes 7 which says all need faith; Catholic Faith. Protestants, Orthodox Christians, Pentecostals and other Christians need Catholic Faith for salvation and they do not have it.

Affirm the rigorist interpretation of the dogma EENS according to Fr.Leonard Feeney  since LG 16,LG 8, UR 3, NA 2 etc are always implicit,invisible  and theoretical for us.So they are not exceptions to the dogma and the Church's traditional understanding of other religions and salvation.This is the old ecclesiology with Vatican Council II. 
OLD ECCLESIOLOGY WITH VATICAN COUNCIL II

Fr.Sabino Ardito cannot fault you for denying Vatican Council II. You are not!

You are interpreting Vatican Council II rationally.
Implicit, theoretical cases (LG 16,UR 3 etc) are not explicit and objective in 2015.This is common sense.

You are not saying that there are three or more known baptisms. There cannot be any known baptism other than the baptism of water.Practically it is not possible to know any other other baptism.

Even though doctrinally the FFI would be rational and traditional, this would not be accepted politically by the Left.The three canonists would want the FFI priests to deny doctrine, interpret it irrationally with the explicit-implicit confusion and so heretically reject the dogma EENS and the Nicene Creed ' I believe in one baptism for the forgiveness of sin'.This politically must be be changed to 'I believe in three or more known baptisms for the forgivess of sins'.This error is acceptable.
 

 FR.ARDITO VIOLATES CANON LAW

So it is really Fr.Sabino Ardito , who canonically, is rejecting Church doctrine with the explicit-implicit confusion and is getting away with heresy and irrationality. There is no one to check him since this is the popular position of the Left, the liberals and the Masons.

At the FFI meeting of Superiors next month, the FFI priests who offer only the TLM, could clarify that:  they accept Vatican Council II in agreement with the old ecclesiology ; the rigorist interpretation of EENS. Vatican Council II (AG 7,LG 14) is in agreement with the Syllabus of Errors on ecumenism and other religions.

Does the Commissar know that the doctrinal position he holds is heresy, even though it is supported by the majority of Catholics,including persons who form the contemporary magisterium.

HOLY SPIRIT CANNOT TEACH ERROR

This cannot be the teaching of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit cannot teach that explicit cases are implicit, and invisible cases are objective in real life.

This is the doctrinal position of  Fr.Sabino Ardito and the religious communities in general.This is their interpretation of Vatican Council II with what is invisible being considered visible and then building the new theology upon it.It is being imposed upon the priests who offer only the TLM and so avoid all this ambiguity.

So even though Fr.Sabino Ardito may cite references in Canon Law to support this error , it still is an error and cannot be the work of the Holy Spirit.

The Holy Spirit guides the teaching authority of the contemporary magisterium when it does not teach error.

If Canon Law has references to Baptism of desire(BOD),baptism of blood (BOB)  and invincible ignorance(I.I)  cases and if they are considered explicit instead of implicit, objective instead of hypothetical, visible instead of invisible then it is a factual,objective error. This cannot be the work of the Holy Spirit.

So until Fr.Ardito resolves this explicit-implicit confusion, which is the basis of the new ecclesiology, the FFI priests , can ask him to allow them to offer only the TLM with the old ecclesiology.
