Michael Voris and the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, all of them, are not aware that there cannot be any exception to extra ecclesiam nulla salus (EENS), we cannot see or know an exception. So nothing in Vatican Council II can be an exception to the dogma on exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church.
Here is an interview of Brother Andre Marie MICM, also of the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, the community in Richmond N.H. He will not say that Vatican Council II , for him, is Feeneyite, it affirms the rigorist interpretation of the dogma on exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church.

For Brother Andre Marie MICM, Prior at the Richmond N.H community and the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, Still River ( see picture) there are known exceptions to the dogma in Vatican Council II. For them all being saved in invincible ignorance and the baptism of desire are known exceptions to the dogma.So Lumen Gentium 16 etc are exceptions to the Feeneyite version of the dogma. So Vatican Council II is a break with Tradition and in particular the dogma on outside the Church there is no exception.
In other words these cases are explicit to be exceptions, in the present times, to all needing to convert into the Church; all needing to be formal members of the Catholic Church to avoid Hell. They infer that people who are in Heaven and who can only be known to God are known also to us in June 2015 to become visible cases of persons saved without Catholic Faith and the baptism of water.
Where are they ? What are their names and surnames ? Can we meet them on the streets?
Brother Thomas Augustine the Prior at the Still River community a few years back rejected Vatican Council II when I communicated with him via the Internet. For him too, like Brother Andre Marie, there are exceptions in the Council to the dogma.
