FFI priests ask Cardinal Robert Sarah if A is in conflict with B for him

The Franciscan Friars of the Immaculate priests should ask Cardinal Robert Sarah, Prefect of the Congregation for Divine Worship, if all priests, including the FSSP priests, can offer the Traditional Latin Mass  assuming A is not an exception to B. 1
Is it obligatory to offer  Holy Mass in all rites, assuming A is an exception to B, he must be asked. Can a priest  offer Holy Mass and say Vatican Council II does not contradict the rigorist interpretation of the dogma on exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church ? A in Vatican Council II does not conflict with B.
When A does not contradict B then Vatican Council II is pro-Fr.Leonard Feeney  and contra cardinals Francesco Marchetti Selvaggiani and Richard Cushing.
Presently for the magisterium and for Cardinal Sarah and also for the Society of St.Pius X (SSPX) , A contradicts B.The Vatican Curia accepts Vatican Council II with this irrationality and the SSPX rejects it. Even the FFI reject it.
If A does not contradict B then the FFI could accept Vatican Council II and the rigorist interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus.
Presently the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary (MICM) Worcester,USA, Catholic traditionalists, reject Vatican Council II (A) and accept the rigorist interpretation of the dogma (B).They have full canonical status unlike the SSPX . For them too A contradicts B.
Could the priests of this community of Fr.Leonard Feeney  also offer the Traditional Latin Mass if they said that A does not contradict B ? Cardinal Sarah accepts their Feeneyite version of the dogma along with a Vatican Council, which they reject as non traditional and opposing the dogma.
For them A must be followed by the baptism of water. So let us designate this as A + i.e being saved in invincible ignorance and the baptism of desire  followed by the baptism of water, in a manner known only to God.2 A+ is still compatible with B. It is not in conflict.
Both A and A+ are theoretical and  speculative cases for us. They can be known only to God.So they are not relevant or in conflict with B.
The SSPX General Chapter Statement 2012 also indicated  that A is not an exception to B.Is the General Chapter Statement  acceptable for Cardinal Sarah as expressing sound theology and doctrine, to offer Holy Mass?
For the Fischer More College in the USA, A contradicted B so they rejected Vatican Council II. For the bishop of that diocese, A contradicts B. So he expected the Fischer More College to accept Vatican Council II with this irrationality.
For Tom Mohniyan's Ave Maria University in the USA, A contradicts B. So the theology professors  are granted a mandatum approved by the bishop. If university and school children in Detroit  said A is not in conflict with B would they have to recant to keep studying? May be students would have to do so at the Legion of Christ universities in Rome.
If I went to Cardinal Sarah's office in front of St.Peter's Square, Vatican and asked him about this, his secretary would tell me it all depends on the bishop.Fine. But how would Cardinal Sarah and his priest-secretary offer Holy Mass ? With A as an exception to B?

1.
(A) those who  who are saved in invincible ignorance (LG 16, a ray of the Truth (NA 2),imperfect communion with the Church (NA) elements of sanctification and truth(LG 8), seeds of the Word (AG 11)  and good and holy things in other religions (NA ) are :
1) Visible and known to us in the present times.
2) They are saved without the baptism of water ( as if he would know of such a case)
(B) the rigorist intepretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus , the Feeneyite version.

2.
A + i,e being saved in invincible ignorance and the baptism of desire  followed by the baptism of water, in a manner known only to God.This is the position of the Slaves of the Immaculate Heart of Mary with reference to the dogma extra ecclesiamnulla salus.
So A+ is also compatible with B.
