Rome Vicariate, Ecclesia Dei, SSPX, FSSP and CMRI indicate Muslims and other non Catholics are on the path to Hell unless they convert into the Catholic Church

Rome Vicariate, Ecclesia Dei, SSPX, FSSP and CMRI indicate all non Catholics are on the path to Hell unless they convert into the Catholic Church.1
They agree that :
1. The physically dead for us, who are now saved in Heaven in invincible ignorance or with the baptism of desire cannot be exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus. They are not known or visible to us on April 9,2015. Salvation in Heaven is not objectively seen on earth. It is known only to God.So LG 16,LG 8,UR 3, NA 2 etc also cannot refer to exceptions.Since there cannot be exceptions to the dogma for us humans.
2. Similarly someone who allegedly died centuries back without the baptism of water ( The Good Thief on the Cross, St.Emerentiana) would not be an explicit exception to the dogma on exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church today on April 9,2015.
3.They would not know of someone today April 9, 2015 who would be saved in future, without faith and baptism and so would not need to be a formal member of the Catholic Church to avoid Hell as the dogma teaches. We cannot posit any non Catholic living today in Italy as being an exception to Ad Gentes 7 ( all need faith and baptism) and Cantate Domino, Council of Florence 1441.

Vatican Council II affirms the rigorist interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus. It is Feeneyite.According to Vatican Council II (AG 7, LG 14) all need faith and baptism for salvation.
Politically they may not want to affirm this in public but they cannot deny the three points mentioned above. They have not denied them. They would also agree with the answer to the TWO QUESTIONS.

1) We do not personally know the dead now saved in invincible ignorance, a good conscience (LG 16) etc, we cannot see them, they are physically not visible to us in 2015 ? Answer: We cannot see or know them.
2) Since we do not know any of these cases, in real life, they are not visible for us, there are no known exceptions to the literal interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus, or Ad Gentes 7 which states 'all' need 'faith and baptism' for salvation ? Answer: There are no exceptions.

Upon these two points there can also be an agreement between Cardinal Muller  and Bishop Fellay. Since doctrinally there is no more confusion on other religions and ecumenism.2 --Lionel Andrades

Penances and Mortification
565.Interior mortifications takes the first place, but besides this we must practise exterior mortifications, strictly determined, so that all can practise them. These are: on three days a week, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, there will be a strict fast; each Friday, all the sisters - each one in her own cell - will take the discipline for the length of the recitation of Psalm 50, and all will do this at the same time; namely, three o'clock; and this will be offered for dying sinner. During the two great fasts, ember days and vigils, the food will consist of a piece of bread and some water, once a day.
