Cardinal Gerhard Muller's doctrinal error was placed on the Vatican website and found on Edward Pentin's webpage. The editors at the National Catholic Register approved it

My comment: this is a very poorly written rant regarding invincible ignorance and extra ecclesiam nulla salus. I'm not quite sure what the obsession with physically seeing saved dead people is about, and I don't actually see any actual quotations backing up the weird claim that so and so said that there are saved people who are visible in the flesh, but the notion that baptism is an absolute requirement for salvation is contradicted right in the Gospel when Our Lord declares the salvation of the good thief on the cross. All in all, a rather incoherent attempted rejection of the validity of Vatican II.

The Archbishop, apologist and priests are saying there are no known cases in 2015 of someone saved, who is an exception to the literal and traditional interpretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus according to Fr.Leonard Feeney. So the Cardinal Marchetti-Selvaggiani Letter made an objecitve mistake in 1949.
So there can be 100 'good thiefs' saved without the baptism of water this year and it is not a contradiction to, all with no exception, needing the baptism of water to avoid Hell ( for salvation). So John 3.5 and Mark 16:16 are not contradicted by those who are saved hypothetically (if it is possible) without the baptism of water.'Zero cases of something are not exceptions ',says the apologist John Martignoni.
It means there are no exceptions to the centuries- old interpretation of the dogma, in Vatican Council II.
Vatican Council II is 'Feeneyite'.
