The brothers and sisters of the Manelli family had legally asked Fr.Fidenzio Volpi , the Commissioner for a clarification and they got it. None of them were involved in any financial wrong doing said Fr.Fidenzio Volpi according to reports on line.
The problem still exists.The Apostolic Commissioner , is forcing the Manelli family and the rest of the FFI to accept Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church with a lie. Even the lay members of the Manelli family, good Catholics, have to accept this lie.
The religious and lay persons, associated with the Franciscans of the Immaculate , have to accept the following lies , which is supported by Cardinal Gerhard Muller in the interview with Edward Pentin. It can be read by them on the Vatican website.

1. All salvation (LG 16- saved in invincible ignorance, UR 3- imperfect communion with the Church etc) referred to in Vatican Council II is explicit, known, visible in the flesh and defacto in 2015.In other words people in Heaven can be seen on earth to be exceptions to Tradition. This is a lie.This lie is promoted by the National Catholic Register the Vatican website and the website of Edward Pentin.
2. The dead now in Heaven saved with invincible ignorance, the baptism of desire etc are known exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus. This is a lie. It is a fact that the dead are not visible.Yet the Franciscans of the Immaculate have to accept this nonsense. The interview of Cardinal Muller shows that Fr.Fidenzio Volpi must accept this teaching and enforce it for the Franciscans of the Immaculate.It is official. In this way Vatican Council II becomes a break with the past.The Franciscans of the Immaculate seminarians for example, whose seminary is still closed, had to project Vatican Council II as a break with the past.They had todo it by using this lie, in the interpretation of the Council-texts.This is the common irrational interpretation of Vatican Council II in the pontifical universities and seminaries of Rome, where they were sent to study.
3.Implicit for us baptism of desire becomes explicit for us baptism of desire. Invisible for us being saved in imperfect communion with the Church (UR 3) is visible for us on earth.This is false and irrational. It is a lie.Catholic apologists in Italy(Gherardini,Cavalcoli, De Mattei, Gnerre,Lanzetta etc) do not understand this. So they are unable to help the Manelli family members who have no training in theology.Those who have a training in theology as do the National Catholic Register staff writers and bloggers are not willing to identify this lie.
4.So the Franciscans of the Immaculate have to rubber stamp a Vatican Council II which contradicts the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus.They have to suggest that they can see the dead-saved. This is a lie.This is a lie which the Vatican Curia expects them to proclaim. It is also expected that the brothers and sisters of Fr.Stefano Manelli,lay Catholics and members of the Third Order proclaim this irrationality in the name of the Catholic faith.
5. The religious sisters and priests , who belong to the Manelli family, are forced to make a Profession of Faith with the Nicene Creed.They must interpret it with a falsehood. When they say on Sundays, at Mass, 'I believe in one baptism for the forgiveness of sin' and mean three or more known baptisms. This includes known, visible for them baptisms of desire and blood .The irrationality must be extended to Vatican Council II's imperfect communion with the Church(UR 3), seeds of the Word (AG 11) etc. This is absurd.
This is all irrational and not the doctrine of the Catholic Church.Yet it is official with the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith and Cardinal Craz de Aviz's Congregation for the Religious.

b.That the dead now saved in Heaven are known to the Manellis on earth.
c. Implicit for us baptism of desire is explicit for the religious sisters and priests from the Manelli family.
d. That Vatican Council II contradicts the dogma on exclusive salvation since the Manelli family members and the rest of the FFI can see the dead!
e. Why must the Nicene Creed for them refer to known baptism of desire etc.
Fr.Fidenzio Volpi must be asked if he wants the Manelli family and the FFI to accept all these lies which can be read on the Vatican website interview with Cardinal Muller by Edward Pentin.
The Vatican needs to clarify :-
I.All salvation (LG 16- saved in invincible ignorance, UR 3- imperfect communion with the Church etc) and condemnation (LG 14- those who know and do not enter the Church) referred to in Vatican Council II is implicit, invisible and hypothetical for us in 2015.
II. The dead now in Heaven saved in invincible ignorance, the baptism of desire etc are not known exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus.
III. Implicit for us baptism of desire is always implicit. Invisible for us being saved in imperfect communion with the Church(UR 3) is always invisible for us on earth.
IV. Vatican Council II does not contradict the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus. The dead-saved are not visible to us.
V. When they say 'I believe in one baptism for the forgivess of sin' they are referring to only one known baptism, the baptism of water.
