Impediments to offering Holy Mass

The priests  approved by Bishop Michael Olson to offer the Traditional Latin Mass (TLM) at Fischer More College and now in other churches in the diocese  do not meet the conditions of Universae Ecclesiae.

Feast of the Assumption_05

The priests who have offered a public Mass in the Extraordinary Form and heard Confessions at the College chapel since August 2010, according the Fischer More College website,  are the following:
1. Fr. Simon Zayas, TOR
2. Fr. Juan Diego, CFR
3. Fr. Samuel Weber, OSB
4. Fr. Thomas Longua, FSSP
5. Fr. Philip Wolfe, FSSP
6. Fr. Joseph Orlowski, FSSP
7. Fr. Christopher Henderson, CFM

20. With respect to the question of the necessary requirements for a priest to be held idoneus (“qualified”) to celebrate in the forma extraordinaria, the following is hereby stated:
a.) Every Catholic priest who is not impeded by Canon Law 7 is to be considered idoneus (“qualified”) for the celebration of the Holy Mass in the forma extraordinaria.- Universae Ecclesiae, ECCLESIA DEI,

1) These priests offer the TLM by interpreting Vatican Council II as a break with the dogmatic teachings of the past. They assume all salvation referred to in Vatican Council (LG 16 etc) are visible for us on earth and so are known exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus. This is irrational. We cannot see the dead saved on earth who could be exceptions to Tradition. This is not a Catholic teaching. It is also first class heresy.

2)These preists do not affirm that being saved in invincible ignroance (LG 16), good and holy things in other religions (NA 2), imperfect communiion with the Church (UR 3), seeds of the Word (AG 11) are implicit for us , they are invisible for us. They are hypothetical cases. Only possibilities we accept in faith. They are not exceptions to the dogma on exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church.

3)Since these priests  maintain this irratiionality in the inteprettion of Vatican Council II they and Bishop Olson discriminate against priests who accept Vatican Council II without the false premise of being able to physically see the dead-saved who are supposed to be expcetions to Tradition.Without this irrationlaity in the diocese, traditionalist priests could offer the TLM at Fischer More or the rest of the diocese, while affirming Tradition, interpreting  the Council in agreement with Tradition - and without the false premise.

4.)These priests belong to Catholic religious communities which assume that the baptism of desire(implicit  desire) is a known, visible exception to the literal intepretation of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus.Again this is irrational. These communities do not accept implicit for us baptism of desire and the need for every one to explicitly enter the Church in 2014 for salvation ( extra ecclesiam nulla salus) This does not contradict the Principle of Non Contradiction. We can, as they say 'have it both ways'. We can cut our cake and eat it too! Presently for these priests and their communities, it is an either /or choice. Since they mistake being saved with the baptism of desire as being visible for us .

These are impediments in offering Holy Mass , in any Rite.
