Will Archbishop Augustine Di Noia acknowledge he made an error?

Last year about this time Archbishop Augustine Di Noia appealed to the Society of St.Pius X (SSPX) to come to unity.(1)
The call to unity has changed with the SSPX acknowledging that there have been errors in its publications.
The same error has been made by Archbishop Di Noia in an interview with the National Catholic Register.
If Archbishop Di Noia acknowledges the error it will mean that he understands that Vatican Council II is in agreement with the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus. So the Council's teaching on other religions and ecumenism is still traditional.
For the sake of unity will he acknowledge the error he made in the interview with Edward Pentin ?.
If Ecclesia Dei and the SSPX can agree at a meeting that there are no exceptions to extra ecclesiam nulla salus mentioned in Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church it  would be an important move for unity.

[Update] End the “Scandalous” Handling of the Franciscans of the Immaculate -- Pressure Grows

(Rome) The treatment of the Order of the Franciscans of the Imaculate Conception has become a scandalous case, says Corrispondenza Romana. In contrast, Church internal resistance has been encouraged by some cardinals and by a new international signature campaign, which was launched last Saturday. It is supported in the German-speaking area by Pro Missa Tridentina .
Some cardinals and bishops who appreciate this extraordinary apostolate Order have sent Pope Francis an extensive and detailed documentation on the beneficial action of the Franciscans of the Immaculate and also the current treatment by the Congregation of Religious and the Commissioner appointed by them. An "outrageous" treatment of the Franciscans of the Immaculate, who were placed under provisional administration because they adhere to the traditional liturgy and the unabbreviated doctrine of the Church.
Last 4 February the traditional news agency of the historian Roberto de Mattei Corrispondenza Romana sent to Secretary of State Pietro Parolin a petition with 8,000 signatures which demands the resignation of the Apostolic Commissioner of the Franciscans of the Immaculate , Fr Fidenzio Volpi.
At the same time, an international petition began on the 8th of February. It’s a Sign of how much the drastic intervention of the Congregation of Religious is understood in a part of the Catholic Church as a fundamental attack on tradition and its affiliated communities and believers. The new signature collection is supported internationally by several organizations, this includes the German-speaking Pro Missa Tridentina, in the Netherlands Ecclesia Dei, in Canada, theVancouver Traditional Mass Society , in New Zealand the Ecclesia Dei Society and Una Voce Austria .
With the new international call "justice and self-determination for the Franciscans of the Immaculate" is demanded. The signatories of the international petition are calling for the restoration of the Order of the Franciscans of the Immaculate Conception or a new status according to their choice. 240 brothers, more than half, have already provided a request last fall for establishment of a new order, without obtaining a response about it from the Holy See.
The petition also calls for full respect and "unmolested implementation" of the Motu Proprio Summorum Pontificum of Pope Benedict XVI., it frees any priest to celebrate in the Old or the New Roman Rite. A legally binding provision for the Franciscans of the Immaculate Conception is not being respected. The petition can be downloaded in different languages from the website Pro Missa Tridentina (here is the English version of the petition ). A detailed documentation of the Franciscans of the Immaculate is presented together with the Dutch Association of Ecclesia Die.

SSPX CONCEDES ERROR IN PUBLICATIONS : MUST POINT OUT THE VATICAN CURIA ERRORS ON VATICAN WEBSITES

The Society of St.Pius X (SSPX) concedes there are are factual errors  in the books being sold by them.

1.
In an article on extra ecclesiam nulla salus, Vatican Council II and the loss of the missionary spirit in the Catholic Church (1),Father Pierpaolo Petrucci, the District Superior, of the SSPX,Italy  assumes imperfect communion with the Church (UR 3) and good and holy things in other religions (NA 2) are explicit for us, known in reality, visible in the flesh, defacto and objective. So for him Vatican Council II contradicts the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus with UR 3, NA 2 etc.
Then he will not affirm the traditional position on extra ecclesiam nulla salus since he assumes that the baptism of desire and being saved in invincible ignorance are explicit for us, known in reality, visible in the flesh, defacto and objective. They would have to be all these qualities for them to be visible exceptions to the need for all to convert into the Church.
2.
The District Superior of the SSPX in Italy considers those saved in 'imperfect communion with the Church' (UR 3) as being known, visible, explicit in 2014 and so is unable to say that Vatican Council II says all Christians need to enter the Catholic Church (AG 7) for salvation.
Therefore, all must be converted to Him, made known by the Church's preaching, and all must be incorporated into Him by baptism and into the Church which is His body. For Christ Himself "by stressing in express language the necessity of faith and baptism (cf. Mark 16:16; John 3:5), at the same time confirmed the necessity of the Church, into which men enter by baptism, as by a door. - Ad Gentes 7, Vatican Council II. (Emphasis added)
On the website of the Fraternità Sacerdotale San Pio X Fr. Pierpaolo Petrucci comments on the recent ecumenical meeting at the Basilica of St.Paul Outside the Walls at which Pope Francis was present. He writes :
But from whom comes this scandal if not by those who have left the Church, rejecting the authority of the Pope and revealed truth? To repair this scandal why does the pope not invite those who are separated to return to the unity of faith, worship and submission to the legitimate pastors, unity with the Catholic Church which was never lost and so should be found? So the popes, before the last council such as Pius IX at the first Vatican Council, launched an urgent appeal to the Christians dissidents to return to the bosom of the Church. (2)

He cites Pius IX and Vatican Council I but omits Vatican Council II since he assumes there are known exceptions. The dead-saved in Heaven are visible exceptions on earth!?
3.
The Society of St.Pius X, Italy (Fraternità Sacerdotale San Pio X), Albano has made available on its website its position on ecumenism. It has quoted a section of the book Catechismo della crisi nella Chiesa, by Fr. Mathias Gaudron FSSPX which will soon be made available in Italian according to the website.
Once again, like the District Superior at Albano, Fr.Pierpaolo Petrucci, it is assumed that 'imperfect communion in the Church'(UR 3) is an explicit exception to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus.
The report on ecumenism by Fr.Matthias Gaudron is cited in Fr.Pierpaolo Petrucci's article on the recent ecumenical meeting at the Basilica of St. Paul Outside the Walls, where Pope Francis was present. (3)
These are factual errors  in the interpretation of Vatican Council II and the Letter of the Holy Office 1949.If Fr.Leonard Feeney was correct or wrong, still imperfect communion with the Church (UR 3) and the baptism of desire are not explicit for us. So they cannot be exceptions to extra ecclesiam nulla salus.
If the Letter of the Holy Office 1949 to the Archbishop of Boston supported or condemned Fr.Leonard Feeney on doctrine/ dogma, imperfect communion with the Church, being saved in other religions (NA 2) or being saved in invincible ignorance (LG 16) are not exceptions to the literal interpretation of the dogma by Fr.Leonard Feeney.

Similar errors have been made by members of the Vatican Curia and have been posted on Vatican websites. The SSPX could use its media to also point them out.

The same error can be read on the website of the Pontifical Council for Christian Unity, Vatican. Cardinal Walter Kaspar like the SSPX assumed that the Decree on Ecumenism (UR 3) contradicted extra ecclesiam nulla salus. Now that the SSPX is aware they could  point  out the mistake of Cardinal Kaspar and Koch on their media.(4)

Similarly the website of the Vatican Council for the Clergy has mixed up implicit for us and explicit for us  salvation in an article in Italian (5). Even Monsignor Guido Pozzo, the Secretary of Ecclesia Dei was not immune from the virus. (6) This is a glaring error of Cardinal Luiz Ladaria S.J, the Secertary of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith. It is there on the website of the International Theological Commission and the SSPX never noticed it.(7) Archbishop Augustine D Noia, the Vice President of the Pontifical Ecclesia Dei who wants the SSPX to enter the Church with full canonical status made the same error as those in SSPX publications.(8)
Then Archbishop Gerhard Muller, Prefect of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith in public assumed that salvation and condemnation mentioned in Vatican Council II was explicit for us and so an exception to extra ecclesiam nulla salus. This was a factual error in a public interview. It went un-noticed.(9)
