Diocesan Decree 27/14...
By way of the present letter, I declare:
- The priests of the "Society of Saint Pius X" must not celebrate in churches, oratories, and other places of Catholic worship in our diocese of Zárate-Campana. It is not licit to them, either, to offer or dispense to Catholic faithful the celebration of the other sacraments, including reconciliation (Cf. C[anon] 966) and the celebration of marriages (cf. C. 1108), of which the latter would additionally be invalid, by the reason of their not having the faculties that are required.
Lionel:They do not have the faculties since they do not state that they can accept Vatican Council II interpreted without an irrational premise.With the irrational premise, LG 16,LG 8;NA 2,UR contradicts the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus and this is welcomed by the Masons, in and out of the Church.
Without the irrational premise, Vatican Council II is traditional on Hindus, Jews, Muslims, Protestants and other non Catholic communities.It supports the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus.This Vatican Council II would not be welcome for Church hierarcy, but then,neither is the SSPX affirming it.
The SSPX could at least ask the bishops of Argentine and Albano, if they can accept Vatican Council II, in which LG 16,LG 8, NA 2,UR 3 etc are not exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus. They are not exceptions since they refer to cases known only to God.They would have to be visible in 2014 to be exceptions to the dogma.
If the Bishops of Argentine and Albano cannot accept Vatican Council II without the irrational inference, then it is a doctrinal issue.
-It is not licit for the Catholic faithful to take part in the celebration of Mass in these conditions, neither to request nor to receive sacraments from the priests of the aforementioned "Society of Saint Pius X", including in private places turned into places of worship, without excluding, in case of obstinacy, also the ferendae sententiae penalties that may apply, according to the ecclesial spirit and that of protection of the faithful.
Lionel: For those of us who attend the Novus Ordo Mass it is a conscience issue when the bishops and priests interpret Vatican Council II with an irrational premise.So the Council becomes a break with Tradition. This is heretical.Technically the priests and bishops stand automatically excommunicated, except that this is politically acceptable to the Left in power. To reject or change the defined dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus, to change the Nicene Creed ( I believe in one known baptism for the forgiveness of sins, the baptism of water) and to reject Vatican Council II (Ad Gentes 7 , all need faith and baptism for salvation) - is a mortal sin.
The bishops who are in public mortal sin are forcing the SSPX to accept Vatican Council II with an irrational inference. This cannot be the work of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit cannot teach irrationality.
I personally accept Vatican Council II without the irrational premise and I reject Vatican Council II in which LG 16,LG 8,UR 3, NA 2, etc refer to visible cases in 2014 which are alleged explicit exceptions to extra ecclesiam nulla salus.
I also reject the Vatican Council II being rejected by the SSPX however unlike them I accept Vatican Council in which LG 16,LG 8,UR 3,NA 2 refer to only possibilities known to God, which are invisible for us and which are not exceptions to the dogma on exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church.This Vatican Council II is in agreement with the interpretation of the dogma according to Fr.Leonard Feeney. It is opposed to Cushingism, which alleges that there are known exceptions in the present times to the dogma on exclusive salvation in the Catholic Church.
- In the case of the rupture of ecclesiastical communion by the above-mentioned founded motives, in order to be later readmitted to the Catholic Church, a personal path of reconciliation (and eventually of removal of the canonical censure) will be required, according to the discipline advised by the Holy See and the [diocese's] own, established by the diocesan bishop.
Lionel:The only path of reconciliation can be the Sacrament of Reconciliation and not some new pastoral ecumenical exercise.
I express the sincere and ardent desire that we let ourselves be enlightened by the Holy Spirit "so that the world may believe" (cf. Jn 17:21) and so that dialogue in Truth and Love may arise again, and that "the charity of Christ that compels us" may come first, as Saint Paul the Apostle taught us, due to which I beg the powerful help of the Virgin Mother of God, Mother of the Church.
Lionel: The Holy Spirit does not teach that we can see the dead now saved in Heaven, who are visible exceptions on earth, to all needing the baptism of water and Catholic Faith for salvation.This is the position of the bishops of Argentine and Albamo .It is the position of the Vatican Curia.It contradicts Vatican Council II and Tradition.
