Internal memo sent to SSPX priories by Menzingen : obey factual errors of the magisterium ?

INTERNAL MEMO: Internal memo sent to SSPX priories by Menzingen.
The moderator of the resistance website, Christus Vincit! Christus Regnat! Christus Imperat! reveals the main points of an internal memo that was sent to all Society priests regarding relations with Rome.
“At the same time as the ‘ Interview with Bishop Fellay after his meeting with Cardinal Muller’ appeared, all the priests of the Society received a more explicit internal memorandum.

The main points:

Regarding Rome:
-Rome insists that she does not want to break the dialogue. Wants a resolution of the situation of the Society quickly.
-Rome insists on obedience.
-
Rome emphasizes the importance of recognizing the Magisterium. The memorandum explains that this cannot be a problem for a Catholic.
Regarding the Society:
-Problem of the Council is brought up.
-Problem of a misunderstanding between the two parties.
-Also, meetings are planned, but different from the doctrinal talks of a few years ago. The Society is left with the task of organizing these meetings which will take place between diocesan bishops and priests of the Society.”

ERROR 1
The Vatican is asking the Society of St.Pius to accept that the baptism of desire and being saved in invincible ignorance refer to physically visible cases. They would have to be physically visible for them to be explicit exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus.

ERROR 2
This was an error of the 'magisterium' in the Letter of the Holy Office 1949. The error is repeated in the Catechism of the Catholic Church 1257 in which it is said that God is not limited to the Sacraments and also, God is limited to the Sacraments. This is contrary to the Principle of Non Contradiction.
This is a factual error of the magisterium and is not part of the Deposit of the Faith. This is  Cushingism, a false doctrine.

ERROR 3
So Vatican Council II can be interpreted as a break with Tradition and the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus or it is in agreement with extra ecclesiam nulla salus  and the traditional  teaching on other religions and Christian communities.
Ad Gentes 7 says all need faith and baptism for salvation. All need Catholic Faith and the baptism of water for salvation.Protestants do not have Catholic Faith.
They do not have the faith and moral teachings of the Catholic Church. they need the Sacraments.
Protestants like the Orthodox Christians need to convert into the Catholic Church for salvation. This is the SSPX position yet their books never mention Ad Gentes 7.
So if the SSPX affirms this point then it will be the Vatican Curia which is not likely to 'obey the magisterium' for political reasons.
