Muller-Fellay Meeting: Fellay will want Muller to reject Vatican Council II ( with this irrational premise ) and Muller will want Fellay to accept Vatican Council II ( unaware of the irrational premise)

Cardinal Muller and Bishop Fellay  meet and both will have have accepted a theology of non Catholics saved without the baptism of water even though no such case of a non Catholic  exists or is known in our present times. This is a dead end theology. There is no such living case and the theology suggests there is.
The result is that Bishop Fellay will want Cardinal Muller to reject Vatican Council II ( with this irrational premise of the dead being visible ) and Cardinal Muller will want Bishop Fellay to accept Vatican Council II ( unaware of the irrational premise of these dead-saved being exceptions to extra ecclesiam nulla salus).

The trouble started when the Letter of the Holy Ofice 1949 assumed hypothetical cases of the baptism of desire and being saved in invincible ignorance were defacto, seen in the flesh cases. So they became exceptions, to all needing Catholic Faith and the baptism of water for salvation. They allegedly discovered someone saved outside the Chruch.Non existent cases were said to be living exceptions to the 'rigorist interpretation' of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus according to Fr.Leonard Feeney.

The Letter spoke of necessity of means and precept when there was not a single such case known.Probably it was referring to someone with 12 toes and three eyes.

This same irrational theology was used in Vatican Council II and then repeated in the Catechism of the Catholic Church, Redemptoris Missio, Dominus Iesus etc.
Pope Paul VI and Archbishop Marcel Lefebvre accepted this dead man walking and visible theology. The dead man  being saved, now in Heaven, and visible on earth was irrational, no one knew of such a case but this was the general inference since 1949.It is used today by Cardinal Muller and Bishop Fellay.-Lionel Andrades
