Fr.Fidenzio Volpi gets away with heresy-Burke removed

There has been no denial from the Apostolic Commissioner of the Franciscans of the Immaculate, Fr.Fidenzio Volpi OFM Cap.He has been assuming that that all salvation mentioned in Vatican Council II is visible in the flesh for us in 2014. So he wrongly infers that these deceased-visible to us, are exceptions to all needing the baptism of water for salvation.
This is how he interprets Vatican Council II. He uses a false premise and so the Council emerges irrational and a break with Tradition.
He wants the Franciscan Friars and Sisters of the Immaculate  to also use the false premise and interpret the Council as a break with traditional dogmas and doctrine.
 
This was mentioned in an appeal to Cardinal Raymond Burke ,Prefect of the Apostolic Tribunal (Signatura). He has been removed and so the charge against Fr.Volpi and Cardinal Joao Braz de Aviz has been nullified.
 
Fr.Fidenzio Volpi is now free to demand that his heretical view be accepted by Franciscan Sisters of the Immaculate.
 
He is rejecting the defined dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus, interpretting Vatican Council II with an irrationality and so is politically correct with the Left  and he is changing the Nicene Creed to 'I believe in three or more known baptisms' which are a replacement for the baptism of water in the present times.
