The Catholic Legate has a tag on salvation but does not affirm the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus in any of its posts since their apologists infer, like the Letter of the Holy Office 1949 that there are known exceptions, to all needing to convert into the Church to avoid Hell and go to Heaven in the present times.
Similar to the Society of St.Pius X 1 this issue is confusing for them so they have not touched it. They mention the Church Fathers on the 'Return of the Jews' but skip Vatican Council II which states all need faith and baptism for salvation(Ad Gentes7 ). There is know mention of the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus since Art Sippo,John Pacheco and Peter Vere still use Cushingism.
