Cardinal Raymond Burke, in Malta do the Franciscans of the Immaculate and Knights of Malta have to interpret Vatican Council II with an irrational premise ?




 Would  a judge in a Maltese secular court object if Catholics are forced to tell a lie?
Is it not a misleading statement when it is said that there are known exceptions to all needing the baptism of water for salvation, since some people in Heaven are saved  with the baptism of desire or invincible ignorance and are exceptions to all needing the baptism of water for salvation, in other words, the dead now in Heaven are visible on earth and so are exceptions to all needing the baptism of water for salvation.Is this not fantasy? The dead are visible on earth?
If this issue was before a civil court in Malta would not the Knights of Malta have to plead guilty?

How can Pope Francis and Cardinal Joao Braz de Aviz expect Catholics to proclaim this nonsense in the interpretation of Vatican Council II ?
Even a non Catholic would know that there is something false here.

The Knights of Malta will also be interpreting Vatican Council II with this falsehood .Lumen Gentium 16 ( saved with invincible ignorance and without the baptism of water in a hypothetical case known only to God if it exists) is considerd an explicit exception to all needing the baptism of water in 2014 to go to Heaven and avoid Hell.

The Franciscans of the Immaculate and all Catholics are being forced to also accept the Letter of the Holy Office 1949 in which hypothetical implicit desire/baptism of desire is considered a defacto, explicit exception to extra ecclesiam nulla salus according to Fr.Leonard Feeney.
There is no such case on earth and the Franciscans of the Immaculate have to accept its theology as if these cases are real and personally known this year.
'Those who know about the Catholic Church and do not enter and those who do know', 'necessity of precept and necessity of means' are mentioned, with reference to non existing cases in our reality.
This theology based on non living cases is carried over into Vatican Council II by the Vatican Curia as exceptions to extra ecclesiam nulla salus.Lumen Gentium 14 mentions those who know about the Church and do not enter and who will be damned as contrasted with those in invincible ignorance.Hypothetical! Yet the Vatican Curia will infer that these are defacto ,known cases in 2014.
According to Vatican Council II (Ad Gentes 7) every one needs 'faith and baptism'(AG 7)  for salvation. This is contradicted by Lumen Gentium 14  when it is inferred that the reference are not to hypothetical cases but defacto known persons.The text does not say that these caser defacto known cases but this is how the Vatican Curia interprets it.
How can Cardinals Muller,Ladaria and Koch know someone in 2014 who will be saved without faith and baptism ? They cannot know how Jesus will judge and who will be the exceptions to all needing the baptism of water for salvation.
So if this issue was brought before a civil court in Malta the Knights of Malta would have to plead guilty. They would be telling a lie and would have to admit it.
Why do the Franciscans of the Immaculate and Knights of Malta have to lie and accept Vatican Council II with this falsehood?
