Dr. Adam A. J. DeVille is Associate Professor and Chairman of the Department of Theology-Philosophy, University of Saint Francis (Fort Wayne, IN),USA , which is a Catholic University. When I asked him about Catholic Doctrine on the Catholic World Report article The Pope and Proselytism he deleted the comment.
He is calling for an evangelisation without believing that Vatican Council II (Ad Gentes 7) says all need 'faith and baptism' for salvation ( to avoid Hell).
The Franciscans Friars of the Immaculate are not given a mandatum since they must infer that there are known exceptions mentioned in Vatican Council II to extra ecclesiam nulla salus, the Syllabus of Errors of Pope Pius IX and the Catechism of Pope Pius X. They must also assume that the Catechism of the Catholic Church 846 and 1257 contradicts itself. Also, Vatican Council II LG 16 and AG 7 would contradict itself.
The mandatum is given to those who say that Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church contradict itself. This violates the Principle of Non Contradiction. They teach that Lumen Gentium 16 refers to defacto cases of persons saved in invincible ignorance and without the baptism of water and they also teach that Ad Gentes 7 says all need faith and baptism for salvation. So it is every one defacto needs to enter the Catholic Church but some defacto do not!
LG 16 really refers to invisible for us cases and not de facto known cases in 2014.The professor cannot clarify this otherwise he would be affirming extra ecclesiam nulla salus. Then of course, he would lose his mandatum.

In Rome most of the Jehovah Witness street preachers are EX CATHOLICS !
I notice my comment on Catholic doctrine has been deleted. So you have got a mandatum to teach that there are known exceptions mentioned in Vatican Council II to extra ecclesiam nulla salus. Isn't this irrational? We can see the deceased on earth, now saved in Heaven, who are exceptions to all needing 'faith and baptism'(Ad Gentes 7) for salvation. This is the Vatican Council II that you accept and which the Franciscans of the Immaculate Friars have to accept to receive the mandatum.
( The above comment has been deleted!.He does not even want to discuss it!)
