I AFFIRM VATICAN COUNCIL II IN AGREEMENT WITH EXTRA ECCLESIAM NULLA SALUS : CAN FR.FIDENZIO VOLPI AND THE FRANCISCANS OF THE IMMACULATE DO THE SAME ?

I affirm Vatican Council II without using the irrational premise. I also affirm the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus according to Vatican Council II (Ad Gentes 7). Ad Gentes 7 and the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus  say all need faith and baptism for salvation.
So my interpetation of Vatican Council II is rational and according to magisterial documents. It is in line with Tradition.I am not saying anything new or
original.
On August 2,1970 Fr.Stefano Manelli and Fr.Gabrielle Pellettieri, both still living ,founded the community the Franciscans of the Immaculate who today are being perscuted because they will not accept Vatican Council II with a false premise. They will not accept a Vatican Council II which contradicts Tradition and the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus.
The Apostolic Commissioner Fr.Fidenzio Volpi wants them to accept Vatican Council II not specifying if it is with or without the false premise. The Vatican Curia inteprets Vatican Council with the irrational premise.
The irrational premise is ''Non Catholics saved with the baptism of desire, invincible ignorance , seeds of the Word, a ray of the Truth, imperfect communion with the Church, good and holy things in other religions and elements of sanctification and truth, are physically visible to us on earth and so are explicit exceptions to extra ecclesiam nulla salus and Tradition.' The conclusion of the irrational premise is that there is known salvation outside the visible limits of the Church. Every one does not need the baptism of water for salvation is the false conclusion. These hypothetical cases are assumed to be defacto known in the present times to be exceptions to the dogma on salvation and to Ad Gentes 7.
The Franciscans of the Immaculate and Fr.Fidenzio Volpi have a choice now. They can interpret Vatican Council II as I do.They can omit the irrational premise. Then the Council is traditional.
Can Fr.Fidenzio Volpi interpret the Council without the irrational premise and in agreement with extra ecclesiam nulla salus?  Will he give permissionn to the Franciscans of the Immaculate to also interpret Vatican Council II as I do ?
