Holy Office 1949 made a mistake : good Catholics are finding this hard to accept

We have to remember that we human beings cannot see the dead who are now in Heaven or Hell. The dead are not physically visible to us on earth.
So if your brother, sister, uncle, aunt, faither or mother said that they could see the dead who are in heaven and that all of us can do the same of course you would not believe them.
Similarly if a cardinal or pope said that we humans can see the dead who are now saved in heaven you would reject it.
If a priest or bishop said he and all humans could physically see the dead in Heaven it would have to be rejected.
So when the Holy Office 1949 inferred in the Letter to the Archbishop of Boston relative to Fr.Leonard Feeney that the deceased-saved were visible and these visible cases were exceptions to all needing the baptism of water for salvation- you reject it.
Since we cannot see the dead-saved in Heaven.
Similarly if Pope Pius XII or Pope Francis made this irrational statement it would br rejected. Since it is common knolwedge that the deceased are not visible on earth.
When  Roberto de Mattei says the deceasd non Catholic, saved with ' a ray of the Truth'(NA 2) etc is an exception to extra ecclesiam nulla salus-you reject it.We do not know any suh case in 2014 saved with 'a ray of the Truth'.This is common knowledge and not an opinion or theology.
So where is the exception in Vatican Counhcil II to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus, the Syllabus of Errors and the Catechism of Pope Pius XII ? Unless of course you can see the dead saved in invincible ignorance(LG 16) there are no exceptions.Unless you assume invisible for us cases are visible in real life, Vatican Council II does not contradict Tradition.
The Vatican Council II criticized by the traditionalists is the one in which it is assumed that the deceased- saved are visible to us on earth. Many traditionalists know Vatican Council II ( with the false premise)  is a break with Tradition but they do not know that the exact cause is.It is using the false premise. It is  assuming that the dead- saved are visible exceptions to Tradition.
Roberto de Mattei, the SSPX bishops and priests do not want to say that they were always wrong about Vatican Council .Neither do they want to affirm the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus. They would rather say like the liberals that Vatican Council II is a break with extra ecclesiam nulla salus. On Vatican Council II they use the same reasoning as the progressivists.
The Holy Office 1949 made a mistake. Cardinal Marchetti-Selvaggiani who issued the Letter of the Holy Office assumed we could see the dead saved in invincible ignorance or implicit desire. Then he assumed that these visible cases were defacto exceptions to the literal interpretation of extra ecclesiam nulla salus according to Fr.Leonard Feeney.
Good Cathollics are finding it hard to accept that the Holy Office made a mistake.
