CATHOLIC RELIGIOUS CONTRADICT USCCB DIVINE WORSHIP SECRETARIATE

Catholic Religious who have said that the baptism of desire and being saved in invincible ignorance are not known exceptions to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus, indicate the Unted States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB) Secretariate for Divine Worship is wrong 1. The USCCB assumes that being saved in invincible ignorance (Lumen Gentium 16,Catechism of the Catholic Church 1260) are explicit exceptions to extra ecclesiam nulla salus. This implies that these cases are visible and known for the USCCB for them to be exceptions.
So because of these explicit cases of the deceased- saved in invincible ignorance, Jem Sullivan in the video of the Daily Mass Readings proclaims Jesus without the necessity of being a formal member of the Catholic Church. She did not say that we should evangelize since all non Catholics in 2014 are on the way to Hell unless they convert into the Catholic Church with faith and baptism ( Ad Gentes 7, CCC 848,Dominus Iesus 20, Cantate Domino Council of Florence 1441 extra ecclesiam nulla salus).
Similarly in the USCCB Doctrinal Committe's Notification on Fr.Peter C.Phan it was said that being saved in invincible ignorance and the baptism of desire were exceptions to all needing to enter the Church. This implies that members of the USCCB Doctrinal Committes knows of exceptions; personal cases, whom they can name.
Upon this irrationality the USCCB has built a new doctrine which says for salvation only faith in Jesus is needed and that there is known salvation outside the Church , so the dogma is rejected.
It may be mentioned that extra ecclesiam nulla salus is central to our understanding and interpretation of Vatican Council II.
1. If it is assumed that all salvation mentioned in Vatican Council II is invisible for us and visible only for God then NA 2, UR 3, LG 8,LG 16 do not contradict the literal interpretation of the dogma according to Fr.Leonard Feeney.
2.If it is assumed that these cases are visible for us in real life; we can see the deceased-saved in invincible ignorance in 2014, then Vatican Council II is a break with the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus and Tradition in general. This interpretation is irrational and is the one being used by the USCCB and Catholics in general. It's also heretical.

So whenever there are references to Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church by the USCCB and especially on the USCCB websites and media, it must be noted, that they are using the irrational interpretation mentioned above. They assume that the dead-saved in invincible ignorance are visible to us and so are exceptions to Tradition.
