Asking the Franciscans of the Immaculate to accept Vatican Council II with an irrational inference violates their conscience : laws in Italy

The Vatican Press Office has not denied that the Franciscan Friars and Sisters of the Immaculate have to accept Vatican Council II in which all references to salvation (NA 2, UR3 etc) must be assumed to be visible on earth. These 'visible cases', the Franciscans have to opine, are real, known, visible in the flesh exceptions to extra ecclesiam nulla salus. They would have to be visible and known for them to be exceptions. This is affirmed by the Vatican cardinals and popes and is believed to be the interpretation of Pope Francis and Catholics at large.
Upon this irrational premise i.e being able to see the dead in Heaven who are physically visible on earth and are alleged exceptions to all needing the baptism of water for salvation, the Franciscan Friars and Sisters of the Immaculate, have to build a fantasy theology. This non-real theology says there is salvation outside the Church. Since, there is salvation outside the Church, the Franciscans of the Immaculate, must acknowledge Vatican Council II is a break with Tradition.
So in conscience they have to tell a lie. They have to deny what is common knowledge i. e we humans in general cannot see the dead who are now in Heaven.
Even secularists would understand that this is a conscience issue and is not the teaching of the Catholic Church.Yet it is being forced upon the Franciscan Friars of the Immaculate. This is the condition, the lie , they must endorse to be able to offer the Traditional Latin Mass and to have teaching faculties once again.
Their seminary has been closed.Since it could be ideological for the pope to interpret Vatican Council II without the irrational premise. The result would be a traditional Vatican Council II.
The seminarians who had to leave the seminary because it was closed down by Pope Francis, have been asked to enroll at pontifical seminaries in Rome. Here they must say that they can see the dead saved in invincible ignorance (LG 16) elements of sanctification and truth(LG 8), seeds of the Word(AG 11), good and holy things in other religions(UR 3) and a ray of the Truth(NA 2).

These deceased-visible are exceptions to the dogma on exclusive salvation. Yet none of the seminarians can see the deceased in Heaven. This is a conscience issue. Nether can the priest-professors at the pontifical universities  see these deceased-saved.Yet the pontifical university forces the Franciscans of the Immaculate seminarians , and others also,to affirm the absurd.

This is the condition for studying there. If a seminarian says that he cannot see the dead and so Vatican Council II is in harmony with extra ecclesiam nulla salus, according to Tradition, he will be expelled.
Lay Catholics, including the relatives of the religious, must do something about this. The Franciscans of the Immaculate are being asked to violate their conscience and affirm Vatican Council II with an irrational statement. It must be noted that there are secular laws in Italy related to freedom of conscience. The Apostolic Signatura, unfortunately, permits this general violation of conscience.-Lionel Andrades

Can the Franciscans Friars and Sisters of the Immaculate affirm Vatican Council II without this fantasy premise ? No one at the Vatican Press Office wants to answer
