The Status of Father Feeney’s Doctrinal Position, St.Benedict Center N.H

On the website Catholicism.org  the St.Benedict Center N.H have explained their status in the Catholic Church, The Status of Father Feeney’s Doctrinal Position
The right of his followers to defend Father Leonard Feeney’s doctrinal position has been affirmed by Church authorities. This includes our current Holy Father (Pope Benedict XVI) while in his former capacity as Cardinal Prefect of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith. -Catholicism.org (St.Benedict Center N.H)

The website does not simply say that Fr.Leonard Feeney's doctrinal position cannot be doubted since he affirmed the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus as it was known for centuries and there are no known exceptions in the present times.
When supporters of the Society of St.Pius X (SSPX) would quote Archbishop Lefebvre on the Hindu in Tibet being saved in his religion, the St.Benedict Center N.H supporters would never say that the Hindu in Tibet saved is not visible to us.As simple as that! If he is not visible and known then how can he be an exception to the dogma extra ecclesiam nulla salus in the present times.
When critics of Fr.Leonard Feeney's 'doctrinal position' would provide the list of saints who affirmed the baptism of desire the St.Benedict Center had only to say that the baptism of desire was not relevant to the dogma, it is was not an exception. The supporters of the St.Benedict Center  would respond with theology. They  accepted the possibility of a person being saved with the baptism of desire followed with the baptism of water.
Doctrinally Fr.Leonard Feeney is supported by Vatican Council II (Ad Gentes 7) which says all need 'faith and baptism' for salvation, the Catechism of the Catholic Church 845,846 which states all need to 'enter the Church as through a door', Dominus Iesus 20 etc.
When mentioning the Church authorities it needs to be clarified that the Vatican Curia assumes being saved with the baptism of desire and in invincible ignorance are physically visible to us on earth. So for them these cases are exceptions to the dogma. Since they make a factual error, they expect the communities of Fr.Leonard Feeney to also endorse this new doctrine.
Similarly all salvation mentioned in Vatican Council II and the Catechism of the Catholic Church, for the Church Authorities, is visible and explicit. This is an objective mistake. We cannot see the dead. This is irrational and not a doctrine of the Catholic Church.
